Confirmations and cancellations must be made in writing by or fax. We charge the below-mentioned rates, dependent on anticipated earnings, for cancellation of events which have already been confirmed. Thank you for your understanding as, due to your confirmation, we are unable to accept alternative reservations. Seminar equipment The technical equipment available is provided free of charge. This includes projector, projection screen, flip chart, pin board, presentation kit, TV and video connections, LAN and W-LAN. Photocopies are charged at 20 cents each. Specific equipment will be provided, if procurable, at a cost price lending fee. Number of Participants Please inform us of the exact number of participants, at the latest, 7 days before the event. This figure is deemed to be guaranteed and will be invoiced whereby a downward deviation of up to 5% will not be charged. In case of an increase in the number of participants billing shall be based on the actual number participating. Exceedance of more than 5% should be agreed with the hotel. Cancellation Policy For cancellations made 14 7 days prior to the beginning of the seminar 50% will be charged. For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the beginning of the seminar the full amount will be charged.
