1 TINPANRVA.COM PRIVATE EVENTS Venue Information The Tin Pan is located in Quioccasin Station shopping center, just across the street from Regency Square Mall. The private event venue boasts a private parking lot, seating for 50, and reception space for 80. We also have a covered patio that can be reserved separately with seating for 40. Full use of our 400 sq-ft performance stage, high-end LED lighting, and top-of-the-line sound system is included with all private events. The stage is perfect for presentations, speeches, and music alike. Our open-format layout allows us to easily move tables and chairs into a number of different configurations. Charitable Organizations We have always said what you put into this world is what you get out of it. Here at The Tin Pan, we are dedicated to sustaining the community that we live in and who support us. That s why we will be donating back a portion of our proceeds on a regular basis to a person or organization in Richmond that may need a little extra help. Our contributions to charitable groups ranges from free tickets, to a share of our proceeds, to fundraiser events organized around specific causes. We are also available on any night when the venue is not already booked for live music. Please see tinpanrva.com/calendar for the latest confirmed bookings. All pricing and menu items are presented for example and can be negotiated on a case-bycase basis. We will happily craft a custom menu for your special occasion. Prices include iced tea, coffee, soft drinks and iced water. See beverage packages for bar options. Appetizers are served buffet style or table share. Additional salad, soup and dessert choices are available. Entrée pre-order required for parties of 25 guests or more. Menu available as a buffet for groups of 40 or more. Prices do not include 20% gratuity or 5.3% VA state and 4% Henrico local meals tax. Menu and prices are subject to change without notice.
