6 Transport to Russia If any team wants to sent any havy equipment or goods to Moscow they have only one way. They have to make good wooden boxes and send them to Hamburg 6 weeks before Championships.They also have to prepare invoices and packing list for each item. After Championships the boxes will return back to Hamburg.All goods must be in Moscow 4 weeks before EBC. Not allowed to pack any flam materials,foods etc.. Teams who need this service should contact Mr. Antipov immideatly, latest at the 30th of March. Antipov@fenix.ru Visa / Passport / Insurance To get a Visa for Russia please ask at the Russian embassy in your country or the embassy in Russia. If you need a letter of invitation please contact the President of WBQARU Andrey Antipov, Antipov@fenix.ru The Visa can almost always be obtained from the travel agency who book your flight. Please apply early, the sooner the better, applying late is less favourable! For to get the Visa you need a passport who is for use minimum 6 months after the travel.
