3 Your Event Our Private Rooms are ideal for breakfasts, lunch and dinner events and we are delighted to offer our bar area or private rooms for drinks receptions. We are acclaimed for our 2 AA Rosette modern British menu which shows an outstanding commitment to the best quality ingredients from the British Isles. Breakfast We can cater for breakfast events for a minimum spend of 400. You can enjoy a Full English at 20.00pp or Continental style at 15.00pp or American at 15.00pp Tea, coffee and juice included. Vibrant modern British dishes based on fresh, seasonal produce - Good Food Guide Lunch and Dinner We have a seasonal set price menu, 40.00pp for 3 courses including homemade breads, panache of vegetables and filter coffee. We offer a 2 course lunch menu for quick business meetings or midday celebrations for just 32.50pp. Most sustainable restaurant in the Midlands - Sustainable Restaurant Association
4 Drinks Receptions Enjoy a drinks reception in our lovely bar area or in one of our private rooms. Add a selection of canapes and you have the perfect way to entertain your guests. We can create a bespoke event or simply choose from one of our special packages: Taittinger Reception per person Glass of Taittinger Brut, NV on arrival Half bottle of wine: Gavi di Gavi, Roberto Sarotto, Piedmont, 2015 Odarree, Rioja Reserva, 2012 Nua Reception per person Glass of Nua Prosecco on arrival Half bottle of wine: Dom de Bertier Blanc, Sauvignon/Viognier, Languedoc, 2015 Dom de Beriter Rouge, Merlot/Cabernet, Languedoc, 2015 Canapes We have a selection of delicious hot and cold homemade canapes at 2.50 per piece; 4 canapes for 9.50, 8 canapes for All prices include VAT and are correct as at September 2017 and are subject to change.

For a pre-dinner reception, we recommend 3-4 canapes per guest. For a drinks and canape reception, we would recommend 6-8 per guest. 6 The Rooms Our Private Dining Rooms are chic, modern, warm and inviting. Each room is ideal for an intimate dinner party or corporate event. OPUS ONE This room seats up to 36 people comfortably on round tables. In this room, one wall is made up entirely of large pivotal doors which can be closed for privacy, or opened to share the bar/ restaurant atmosphere. OPUS TWO This room also seats up to 36 people. With its rich colours of sienna red, heather green and gold, OPUS TWO is inviting, warm and suitable for intimate gatherings for complete privacy. OPUS ONE AND TWO By opening the central folding walnut doors, the total capacity is 80 guests seated on round tables. This creates a lovely space for wedding parties and larger group bookings. The evening was brilliant! Attentive service, great food and a wonderful space.

9 The Kitchen Table A dinner party like no other Our unique Kitchen Table is located right in the heart of our bustling kitchen. Your ring-side seat is pure culinary theatre allowing you to get the full experience of a professional kitchen at work. Great kitchen table. and team for a wonderful meal The chef will create a bespoke 5 course tasting menu for your party, considering your preferences and dietary requirements. You are served by a dedicated waiter, with each course introduced by the chef. The Kitchen Table seats a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8. 5 courses 75.00pp including wines pp A four course lunch option is also available. ROOMS
10 Terms & Conditions There are seperate terms & conditions for December bookings and exclusive hire. Exclusive Use The entire restaurant can seat up to 160 guests comfortably, or accomodate 350 guests for drinks receptions. We hold many anniversary parties and business/networking events throughout the year. Our versatile space is what makes us unique in the city. Please call to discuss exclusivity of our venue and costings. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING & DEPOSIT: Once we receive your 500 deposit and signed Terms & Conditions your booking is confirmed. CANCELLATION: We must have at least 5 working days (bank holidays not included) written notice of any cancellation. Should you cancel your event with less notice your deposit will not be refunded. CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS: 48 hours prior to your booking we require final confirmation of your numbers, for which you will be charged on your final bill. Should your numbers fall below 12 we reserve the right to move your party to the restaurant or may request a minimum spend. ALLERGEN ADVICE: As per Food Allergen Legislation Act 2014, you are required to advise on allergen details for any guests attending an event. BILL: Your bill must be settled in full at the end of the meal and your deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day. AVAILABILITY: If certain dishes and wines become unavailable at short notice we will contact you immediately to propose an alternative for your consideration. WINES & SPIRITS: Only wines and spirits supplied by Opus are permitted for consumption on the premises. AUDIO VISUAL: We have a screen (6 x6 ) for hire cost 15.00, Projector for hire cost and a microphone for hire cost PRICES: The prices quoted include VAT and are subject to change due to market influences but do not include a service charge at 12.5%. LOSS OR DAMAGE: Opus Restaurant does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any item or other property brought onto the premises by clients or their guests. Any damage caused to Opus Restaurant property will be charged for. CLUB OPUS CARD: The Club Opus card cannot be used for functions in the private rooms, group bookings over 15 people or for exclusive functions.
