2 THE EVENT VENUE 45 ESANDAR DRIVE, TORONTO ON. Located in the heart of Toronto s Leaside Village, Amsterdam Brewery features a unique event venue that can accommodate events of up to 200 guests. The event venue has the versatility to accommodate various types of functions, such as Weddings, birthdays and anniversary parties as well as smaller gatherings. Our tasting bar has 10 taps pouring a fresh selection of our most popular brands. The event venue is open to the public during regular retail hours when there are no events scheduled. There is free limited parking located in front of the building and wheel chair accessible washrooms. INcluded with the space rental: Free Wi-Fi Access Projector (HDMI connection only) TV s with satellite connection Limited Audio 10 Restaurant style tables Kitchen: Convection oven, Warmer, Fridge and 3 compartment sink Ice Cleaning of space post event Brewery Tours

3 BREWERY TOURS Amsterdam Brewery offers you the option of walking tours during your event. We can schedule one of our knowledgeable tour guides for a 2-3 hour period during your event. During the tour, you will learn about our history, how we make all our great beers and even see where we package our product. Tours usually run approximately 20 minutes in length, but we can shorten them for a larger number of guests. There is no additional cost for you or your guests, however you must pre-schedule this with us when you book your event. All guests are required to sign a waiver to be able to participate in a tour. Our Brewery tour waiver is digital and only takes a few minutes to fill out using your smart phone, our Wi-Fi or our Brewery tablet. THE BAR All events at Amsterdam require a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO). They must be submitted to be processed at the LCBO at least 10 days prior to the event date. The SOP must be posted behind the bar during the event with all receipts for alcohol being served attached. If the SOP is not on site, alcohol service is illegal and no alcohol will be served. Alcohol service is not allowed outside of the times stated on the SOP or outside of the rental venue. Amsterdam Brewery is the exclusive beer for your event. We will arrange your beer order depending on your needs and you will be billed based on consumption. You must obtain your own permit, liquor and mix. We supply our bar with Amsterdam branded 16oz glasses for beverages as well as a limited amount of wine glasses for use, however any other glassware you may require must be provided by a caterer or rental company. All unused left over alcohol must be removed from the premises at the end of the event, Amsterdam is not responsible for the storage of any items left behind.

4 STAFFING AND SECURITY To ensure service is up to our high standard, only Amsterdam Brewery s Smart Serve Certified bartenders are permitted to serve alcohol during event. Our knowledgeable and professional bar staff will be happy to serve your guests any alcohol you provide in addition to our finely crafted brews. For the safety of your guests, Amsterdam will hire security personnel for your event. Additional security is required depending on the number of guests and the rooms rented. Amsterdam determines the final number of bar staff and security guards required for your event and any additional costs necessary.

7 BookinGs and cancelations We will happily put a date on hold for you at no extra cost while you have the opportunity to contact our suppliers and organize your plans. All holds will only be valid for a period of one week, after which time the hold will immediately expire. To confirm an event, Amsterdam Brewery requires a signed copy our rental contract as well as payment for the rental space. All viewings, site check and consultations are by appointment only, for any additional information or to book an appointment please contact our Special Events Coordinator. *All events are subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly within 72 hours of your event to notify us of any changes or to cancel. Any bookings cancelled after the 3-day grace period will be charged in full.
