2 Private Dining Thank you for your interest in Anjou Restaurant for your upcoming event! We look forward to working with you and your guests. Anjou is a classic bistro serving comfort foods in the relaxed, casual setting of the Township at Colony Park in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The restaurant's Old World feel is complimented by contemporary amenities and offers a full bar, lakeside patio and private dining rooms. Groups can rent the patio, private dining rooms or entire restaurant for special events. All of our rental spaces are ideal for corporate meetings, rehearsal dinners, presentations and celebrations. Choose from one of our prix fixe menu options, featuring an array of seasonally-inspired dishes. Or, guests may order from the full lunch, dinner or brunch menu. Proprietor Anne Amelot-Holmes and father/chef Christian Amelot will work with you to customize your menu to ensure everyone's needs are met. Enclosed, you will find our private dining guidelines and pertinent information you need to plan your event. We look forward to working with you!

3 Private Rooms Free wireless internet, audio visual and/or flat screen television are available for all private dining rooms. Each room can be set up with the following table configurations: Large Rectangles / Large Block / Crescent Rounds / Rounds Small Room Medium Room Accommodates up to 20 seated and/or standing guests. A/V Screen available. Large Room Accommodates up to 35 seated or 30 standing guests. 48" flat screen TV available. Accommodates up to 60 seated or 75 standing guests. A/V screen and 48" flat screen TV available.

4 Private Dining Guidelines Reservations: To secure a private dining reservation, a signed contract and valid credit card number are required. For groups of 21+ guests, a prix fixe menu is recommended. Menu and wine selections must be determined five days prior to the event. Guest will be billed for the food and beverage minimum or actual purchases, whichever is greater. Any shortages on un-met minimums will be charged as a room fee. Table & Room Setup: Anjou will prepare and set for the most up-to-date number of guests provided. Table setup must be determined 24hrs prior to the event. Guest may bring decorations with approval. Items that will not be allowed include noise makers, confetti or anything adhered to the walls. Menus & Order Taking: In consultation with Anjou, the guest shall select a menu from the list of provided options. Anjou can customize menus in order to suit the guest s needs. In the event of a speaking program, orders will be taken completely before the speaker and/or program begins. Guest may bring in cake or dessert with approval prior to the event. Cakes, floral arrangements and gifts may Deliveries: be delivered to Anjou on the day of the event between the hours of 9-11am and 2-4pm. Anjou staff will cut and serve cake as needed. The Anjou staff is not professionally trained to cut cakes, so please advise if you have a preference on the cake cutting. Mississippi state sales tax of 8% will be added to the final bill unless a valid tax exempt form is provided Tax & Contracted five days prior Service to the event.
