Same name, new everything else. BAITA by Birreria An Italian Alps pop-up restaurant on Eataly s roof, offering a warm retreat for anyone trekking about NYC this winter. The focus is hearty fare, like veal sausages, housemade sauerkraut, and warm polenta, paired with house-brewed cask ales. 4 BAITA, by Birreria GROUP DINING Birreria is our rooftop restaurant and microbrewery that offers the highest quality craft beer, wine, cocktails, and food under the skyline and stars. During the winter months, Birreria hosts an Italian Alps Pop-Up Restaurant called BAITA, making it the perfect space for your next holiday party! Whether you choose our seated family-style lunch or dinner or standing reception, you ll enjoy a menu which celebrates the Italian Alps, and a drink menu that celebrates a cozy selection of signature cocktails including our favorite hot cocktails and vin brulé and a selection of beers and wines. 5 GROUP DINING MANZO Welcome to our casual butcher s restaurant set aside from our bustling marketplace. True to its name beef in Italian Manzo celebrates all things meat. At the entrance, a glass-enclosed butcher room offers an inside look at the art of butchery and our expanded bar features an extensive Vermouth program. Steps away, the open dining room serves a menu which highlights the best offerings from our regional producers in meat, vegetable, and pasta dishes. For groups of 8-14 guests, we offer a group dining option which reserves 1-2 tables together within the open dining room. During lunch or dinner, enjoy a prix fixe choice menu. These reservations can be booked as far as 90 days in advance, up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. With storefront windows facing 23rd Street, La Scuola accommodates 34 guests and comes fully equipped with A/V capabilities for use of its two televisions and microphones. Reservations take place between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. La Scuola Grande is the perfect environment to hold a morning meeting or presentation, Eatalian-style! 6

Our private spaces range from quiet and intimate to large and inviting, all providing delicious food and wine to kick off your event! Maximum capacity: 34 guests chef s table 5-courses and wine pairings: $230 per person With storefront windows facing 23rd Street, La Scuola Grande is home to our cooking school. During your private Chef s Table dinner, which accommodates up to 34 guests, your group can observe as our chefs prepare a meal in our open kitchen. Along the way, they will present and discuss each course as guests dine at a communal table. The seasonal menu for your evening is proposed by the chefs of La Scuola and wines are paired and selected by our sommelier. With guidance from our chef of La Scuola, you ll learn cooking techniques, how to source the best ingredients, and how to prepare iconic Italian dishes. Complete with step-by-step recipes and wine tasting notes, your guests will leave happy and satisfied after enjoying a delicious meal that they learned to create, together

11 PRIVATE DINING private classes at LA SCUOLA DEMONSTRATION STYLE CLASSES Our chef will demonstrate 3 dishes for the class to enjoy and dishes will be perfectly paired with 3 wines. The chef will demonstrate how to create each dish, step-by-step, and a sommelier will lead a tasting of each wine. Guests can take home menus, adapted recipes, and tasting notes. Each class includes a hands-on component during which guests will try their hand at making the pasta, gnocchi, or pizza, while the Chef of La Scuola prepares their meal. Our retractable glass rooftop makes Birreria an ideal location for events throughout the year, even in the event of inclement weather.
