1 Our Conference Offers Confer in an unique ambience on the floating landmark of the city of Hamburg. The Rickmer Rickmers has two conference rooms in the bow with 64 m² each. Maximum Seating 28 people block table 40 people parliamentary 70 people theatre style All our conference packages included screen, block and pen. Please understand that a stable WLAN-access can not be guaranteed on a 120 years old sailer. For the provision of a conference room from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs at the latest a gastronomical minimum turnover of 750,00 incl. VAT is imposed. Rent fort the room will not be exalted For the provision of a conference room before 08:00 a.m. a lump sum of 50,00 per hour is charged. Conference equipment: Beamer 50,00 Flipchart incl. moderator s case and paper 50,00 Lectern, wireless microphone and microphone holder 30,00 Metaplan 25,00 Our conference packages can only be extended beyond 17:00 hrs in combination with an evening event, please consider the valid minimum turnovers for evening events. If available we can provide the conference rooms until 18 hrs, but this option can only be conceded on the day of conference

One 0,2 l soft drink during lunch Cake and pastry in the afternoon per person 32,50 incl. VAT No additional gastronomical services bookable for our conference packages Small Voyage and Grand Voyage.
