2 NAPLES Daylight Tour (3 h) REGULAR GROUP TOUR The guests will be taken (with the guests that choose Pompeii & Napoli excursion) to Naples, where they will have a panoramic tour of the city WITH OUR ASSISTANT (NO GUIDE). NOTE: the tour is divided into 2 part, one on foot to have a look onto the beauties of the ancient centre of the city (Spaccanapoli, Gesù Nuovo church, Santa Chiara, Plebiscito square, San Carlo Theatre, Umberto I Gallery, Royal Palace), the second one by bus (Posillipo, Mergellina, Caracciolo). Every Day at p.m. Euro: 35,00 per adult None season. **

3 Full Day Tour CAPRI & ANACAPRI (8 h) Arrival in Capri and meeting with the tour guide, visit of Anacapri and Axel Mount Belvedere (entrance fees not included), then there will be lunch in a typical restaurant and on to Capri centre, including the visit of the famous Piazzetta, the Augustus Gardens, with an amazing view of the Faraglioni, and finally a stroll among the picturesque streets of the island, where you can find many open-air coffee shops and exclusive boutiques. 4 Half Day Tour POMPEII (4 h) Meeting with the tour guide and then visit of the ruins. At the end of the visit, guests will be taken to a Cameo and Coral factory, very close to the ruins, to observe the manufacturing process and do some shopping (maximum 30 minutes). Clients will have lunch at restaurant Vesuvius, reachable on foot. ( optional ) After lunch (at about 13.30) the guests will be taken back to Naples our assistant on the bus. Euro: 50,00 per adult Guide service season.**

5 Full Day Tour POMPEII & VESUVIUS (8 h) Meeting with the tour guide and then visit of the ruins. At the end of the visit, guests will be taken to a Cameo and Corals factory, very close to the ruins, to observe the manufacturing process and do some shopping (maximum 30 minutes). Clients will have lunch at restaurant Vesuvius, reachable on foot. After lunch (at about 13.30), the guests will be taken (with the guests that choose Vesuvio Drive excursion) to Vesuvius, where they will meet the tour guide who will accompany them on the tour. -NOTE: The guests will be taken to the Vesuvius by the driver and then they will meet the authorized tour guide directly on site (VESUVIUS AUTHORIZED TOUR GUIDE). 6 Full Day Tour POMPEII & HERCULANEUM (8 h) Discover the incredible archaeological sites of Pompei and Ercolano. Pick up at the UNA HOTEL, GARIBALDI SQUARE and transfer to Pompeii ruins the assistant on the bus. Meeting with the tour guide and visit of the ruins. At the end of the visit, guests will be taken to a Cameo and Corals factory, very close to the ruins, to observe at the manufacturing process and do some shopping (maximum 30 minutes). Clients will have lunch at restaurant Vesuvius, reachable on foot. After lunch (at about 13.30), the guests will be taken to the Herculaneum ruins. Visit WITHOUT GUIDE/ASSISTANT ONLY AUDIOGUIDES WILL BE PROVIDED. After the visit, the driver will take the guests back to Naples. 8 - GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT BOOKING - CONFIRMATION All tours have to be booked with Gartour by (gartour@gartour.net or through our web site Some tours/excursions are on Free Sale basis (with automatic confirmation), while other tours/excursion are On Request and can be considered valid only after our booking confirmation. Upon confirmation we will advise whether free pick-up service from hotel is possible (if so, we will advise pick-up time) or if clients will have to make their own way to meeting point to join the tour. All the rates indicated are in and intended per person. PICK-UP IN HOTEL / PRESENTATION AT MEETING POINT For those tours including pick-up from hotel, clients have to be in the lobby of hotel waiting for tour representative on time. Then clients will be accompanied to the meeting point and shown the particular bus or guide for their specific tour in their language (please note that all tours may be performed in more than one language). IMPORTANT: At certain times there may be unforseen delays in the arranged pick-up times but we kindly request clients to wait in the hotel lobby. For those tours not including pick-up from hotel, we ask to all clients to be at the designated meeting points at the advised time in order participate (usually meeting time is minutes prior departure). No reimbursement wil be granted to clients who is not at the indicated place of pick-up/departure at the time established. Similarly, no reimbursement will be granted to clients who depart the tour prematurely, lose contact with the guide or who do not complete the tour/excursion. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS It may happen that, due to operational difficulties or reasons beyond our control (travel conditions, strikes, changes in opening hours, closure of museums, delays or other unforseen circumstances) tour providers may be forced to change or cancel a tour. Tour companies reserve the right to cancel a tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond their control with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost of the tour. In this case, clients may claim reimbursement only of the amount paid. In the event of unforessen schedule or itinerary changes beyond control, tour companies reserve the right to provide no reimbursement. LIABILITY Gartour and partnering tour companies are not responsible for any loss of personal valuables, luggage or objects during excursions, or for any loss of personal items which are left on tour coaches, or for any damage casued by third parties to personal items during the tour. We are not also responsible for partial or total closures of museums, monuments and churches, delays or irregularities caused by third parties. Then an alternative itinerary and visits to other museums wil be proposed, without any variation to the established tariff, and clients will be informed prior to departure. In the event of unforeseen schedule or itinerary changes beyond control, tour companies reserve the right to not grant any reimbursements. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AND NOTES Please note that Italian laws do not permit selling alcoholic beverage to teens under 18 years of age; therefore clients under-age will be served non-alcoholic beverages. We regret that not all the tours are accessible to guests with wheelchairs or physical impairments requiring special assistance. Please let us know in advance of any special needs or clients' impaired mobility in order to determine whether participation in a particular tour is possible. COMPLAINTS Any client complaint must be communicated to Gartour in writing within and no later than 10 working days after the date of the tour. Thereafter Gartour is not obliged to review complaints and no reimbursements will be approved.
