2 WELCOME In an effort to foster student engagement, the University of St. Thomas has tailored this price conscious menu for student clubs only. Place your St. Thomas Club Menu order by 96 hours (4 days) prior to your event. Orders can be placed using the online NetCatering system. NetCatering will not accept any orders placed after the noon ordering deadlines listed below. EVENT DATE ORDERING DEADLINE Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Use this menu when ordering for student clubs of 8 or more people. Please choose only one selection for your order. Note any special dietary needs (vegetarian, glutenfree, etc.) when placing your order in NetCatering. Cancellations will be accepted with a 24 hour notice. All other cancellations are subject to charge. Be sure to pick up your order at your scheduled time. Listed below are the pick up locations. Main Campus: The View: southwest entrance to the kitchen (near Off-Campus Student Services) South Campus: BINZ: check with kitchen staff Minneapolis Campus: Food for Thought: check with cashier Carts must be returned within 24 hours to the same location where food was picked up. These locations can be found above. Unreturned carts will be charged $25.00 daily until returned.

3 MENU SNACKS FOR 12 Chocolate Chip Cookies Nacho Chips & Salsa PIZZA Pizza s feed four people on average. 14 Thin Crust Cheese 14 Thin Crust Pepperoni 14 Thin Crust Sausage 14 Thin Crust Veggie BUFFETS $ per person. All menu items includes plates and disposable eating utensils. Chicken Tenders Sesame Chicken Chicken Tenders with a Choice of Dipping Sauce. Served with a Side Salad. Sesame Chicken with Pork Egg Rolls, Vegetable Fried Rice and Fortune Cookies Deli Sub Sandwich Lasagna Choice of Turkey & Cheese, Ham & Choice of Cheese or Meat Suace Cheese, or Veggie Thai. Served with Lasagna with Italian Salad and Lettuce, Tomato and Condiments Bread Sticks. Quantities of 12 only. Tex-Mex Walking Taco Choice of Chimichanga, Chicken Enchilada or Bean Burrito. Served with Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Lettuce, Tomato, Salsa, Sour Cream and Tortilla Chips Nacho Cheese Doritos, Beef Taco Meat, Cheese, Tomatoes, Lettuce, and Salsa BEVERAGES Celtic Bottled Water Canned Soda Note any special dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) when placing your order in NetCatering.

4 POLICY CATERING POLICY All food and beverages served on the UST campus must be provided by University Dining Services. No outside catering and/or food items may be served. Exceptions will be made case by case and must receive written approval from the Dining Services Director. Meetings held off campus for official university business will continue to be reimbursed by the University. To view Dining Services potluck policy please visit stthomas.edu/dining/faq. MISSED DEADLINES u St. Paul Main Campus: Contact Scooter s at for pizza or T s for sandwich tray orders at Production capacity is limited; every attempt will be made to accommodate same day orders that are placed by 9 am of the day of your event. Lunch orders must be picked up by 11:30 am at Scooter s or T s (pick-up at the location that you called to place the order). Standard retail rates will be charged. For other needs on the St. Paul main campus, contact the Catering Office at for availability. u St. Paul South Campus: Contact for availability. u Minneapolis Campus: Contact for availability. HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS In compliance with the Minnesota Department of Health, it is the customer s responsibility to control the condition and temperature of the food prepared by Dining Services once the pickup or drop off has occurred. In addition, all food and beverages leftover at the end of an event is the property of Dining Services, cannot be removed from the premises by the client, and must be discarded. This is in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health. University of St. Thomas Dining Services will not be held liable for food or beverage that is removed disregarding this policy. EQUIPMENT RETURN Carts must be returned within 24 hours to the same location where food was picked up. These locations can be found on the first page of this menu. Unreturned carts will be charged $25.00 daily until returned. Pizza sleeves and other equipment must also be returned within 24 hours.
