We are proud to be one of Chicago s most unique event venues. Located in Chicago s historic West Loop market district, the gallery is housed in a converted brick warehouse building. A traditional turn-of-the-century loft, the gallery features hardwood floors, wood beamed ceilings, and rose-colored brick walls. This beautiful, multi-level, art-filled space is the perfect setting for your event. Surrounded by art, you ll find you can keep decor to a minimum.

SIZE With two floors of space, Mars Gallery offers flexibility when it comes to designing your event. We can accommodate up to 70 seated guests for an upper level presentation or ceremony; our main level can fit up to 70 seated guests for a plated dinner. Planning a bigger event? We can accommodate up to 150 guests (using both our main and upper level galleries) for a standing cocktail party style event. And our upper level gallery can be converted into a rockin dance party space or presentation space. Plus+ You ll have our undivided attention, because we only book one event at a time at Mars Gallery. VENDORS Are you a DIY event designer? If you re a dreamer and a planner, we re the space for you. We encourage you to get creative with decorations, food, music and more. You can choose your own vendors or we can also suggest some of our favorite local superstar vendors.

We require a non-refundable deposit of two hours, paid in advance, to hold your date. Misc fees may apply for additional staff, ice, cleaning and rental equipment handling charge.

Main level gallery for $250 per hour Both the main and upper level gallery for $350 per hour Rental fees include two staffers one bartender and one event coordinator plus numerous amenities. We require a non-refundable deposit of two hours, paid in advance, to hold your date. Misc fees may apply for additional staff, ice, cleaning and rental equipment handling charge. SAMPLE EVENT TIMELINE Setup 7:30-8pm Event 8pm - midnite Packing 12-12:30pm Cost Using main gallery only: $1,250 - $2,100 Using main & upper galley: $1,750 - $2,300 Special rates are available for non-profits. We also offer discounted rates for Saturday afternoon events for 40 guests or less. AMENITIES Your rental fee includes a bar area, a sound system with CD player, satellite radio, and ipod/iphone compatibility; wi-fi access; a limited number of tables, chairs and highboys; ice coolers and trash bins; a coat room and coat hangers; and much more, including: High-boy tables (6) round 30 x 42 high Regular banquet tables (9) 30 x 72 x 29 high Large wooden table Folding chairs black (70) High cake table Coat racks (4) Black linens for tables 43 x 78 x 30 high 27 x 47 x 44 high Need other items? ACCOMMODATIONS Located just a few train stops or a quick cab ride from Chicago s Loop, Mars Gallery is near numerous hotels in every price point.
