3 Getting to Fraser Island SHUTTLE SERVICE A shuttle service will operate between Urangan Central Shopping Centre and the River Heads Boat Ramp at an additional cost of $10 per person each way for pick-up or drop-off. Please advise when booking if you would like this service, as reservations are essential. There is a wheelchair lift on the 1000 ferry to Kingfisher Bay Resort and on the 1600 ferry from Kingfisher Bay Resort. Please advise upon booking if this is required and level of mobility or disability so we can make the necessary arrangements ahead of your arrival. Cancellations between 25 November and 9 December 2017 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations after 09 December 2017 will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Kingfisher Bay Resort venues are fully licensed and, by law, BYO is NOT allowed.
