1 CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES At RACV City Club, our children s parties are fully supervised by qualified staff that will take care of all your party needs, so you can sit back and relax while the children are being entertained or you can join in on the fun. There are a number of themed party options to choose from that cater for boys and girls of all ages. Birthday Inclusions: May slightly vary depending on party package Party planner and host Room hire Invitations Decorations Lolly bag Party games Three party food menu choices Birthday cake Themed options On Arrival Once guests have parked please enter via the main entrance on Bourke Street. Guests are to approach the concierge desk and state their name and event they are attending. Our friendly staff will then direct you to the party location. Adult Catering: Light catering menu available upon request. Invitations: Invitations will be created in the chosen theme and can be mailed to you direct or picked up from the Club. Please make your guests aware that drop off and pick up locations may vary. Car Parking: Member s Rates Weekdays $13.40 for the first 3 hours, $13.40 per hour after that. Maximum $53.60, after 2pm $10 flat rate, after 5pm $8.80 flat rate. Weekends and public holiday s $8.80 flat rate. * Car parking rates are valid until 30 June Non-members Rates Weekdays $21.60 per hour, maximum $86.40 for the day. After 5pm $21.60 flat rate. Weekends & public holiday s $21.40 flat rate until 11pm. Payment: Member s Club Account will be charged after the event, and appear on monthly statement. Final numbers for all catering to be confirmed 7 days prior to party. The Member Booking form including all birthday event requirements is to be confirmed 14 days prior to the birthday booking.

2 CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES Cancellations: Fees may apply if the party is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event. Any entertainment/equipment arranged through RACV will be the member's responsibility to abide by their cancellation terms & conditions. Minimum / Maximum Numbers: All birthdays are priced on being held in the Club Room with a minimum number of 10 children. Maximum numbers vary depending on the party package. Medication: If any child requires emergency medication to be with them at all times, it is required that the parent and or guardian stay throughout the event. Supervision: We ask that during the party host parents and or guardians of the birthday boy/girl stay in the room at all times. All other parents are welcome to drop off their children on arrival and return at the arranged pick up time. Diet Requirments: All dietary requirements are to be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event. Music: Members are welcome to bring their child s favourite music on an ipad/ipod or iphone. Please also bring a charger with your device. Photo Permission Forms RACV ask that we have photo permission of the birthday boy/girls on the day. These photo s may be used for internal distribution within RACV or for external distribution outside of RACV (website, social media & signage) Once the party has been confirmed you will be sent the photography consent form. Please note that this is not a requirement. Party Add-On's On request RACV can arrange additional party equipment and or entertainment such as: - Popcorn Machine - Fairy Floss Machine - Special guest character appearances - Lolly Buffet - Face Painting - Balloon Twisting Please note these items do come at an additional cost. For more information contact our Children's Activity Coordinator. Membership: Please note birthday packages are only available to RACV Club Members. When booking a birthday party you re membership number will be required to secure the party.
