5 Bourne Vincent Suite At Muckross Park Hotel & Spa we have a variety of private restaurants to meet your family s special occasion. Yew Tree Restaurant is the 5 star hotel s main dining room, serving a variety of locally sourced menus. Awarded with many accolades since first opening in 2012, an ideal location to host your special occasion for up to 60 guests. The Victorian style Bourne Vincent Suite in the Original House can accommodate up to 40 guests. Recently refurbished, this dining room is full of character with a large chandelier, high ceiling and original fireplace. Perfect for a private gathering. Blue Pool Dining Room is beside the main restaurant with capacity up to 60 guests. There is a modern tone and a choice of different table layouts. 6 Monk s Lounge MONK S LOUNGE Monk s Lounge is a stylish location, serving afternoon tea and a delicious day menu. The lounge is full of character with sofas, high leather stools and an open fire. An extensive drinks menu awaits including cocktails and Irish Whiskeys. Monk s Lounge is popular with groups of friends visiting Killarney National Park. 7 Jarvey s Rest is a landmark pub located beside Muckross Park Hotel & Spa. The pub is a popular venue for family dining, group occasions and live entertainment. Jarvey s Private Bar is available to use for a birthday party, after wedding party or family gathering. 11 Executive Chef John O Leary, a native of Co. Kerry, leads our team of chefs at Muckross Park Hotel & Spa. John has a wealth of experience in the 5 star hotel and restaurant business. John has worked in other 5 star hotels such as The Merrion Hotel and The Intercontinental in Dublin. He has worked at the 2 Michelin star Patrick Guibauds Restaurant and Stephen Gibson s Pichet Restaurant. AA Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence 2017 John s philosophy is carefully crafted dishes focus on seasonal, quality ingredients. His attention to detail on presentation and using simple ingredients is evident in the superb dishes created. You can sample John s menu in Yew Tree Restaurant 7 nights a week and he has created a very unique Wild Atlantic Way menu. His hand selected ingredients are sourced from suppliers on the 2,500 km route which runs along the West coast of Ireland.
