2 Celebrate & Party! There s always a reason to party at Easter Road... Easter Road Stadium has an unparalleled selection of quality hospitality suites available for hire on non-match days. Normally there is a room hire charge for booking these suites, which can range from , depending on the suite. This charge is in addition to other costs including your catering, entertainment and theming. With Celebrate & Party!, room hire is free, providing you cater for at least 50 of your guests with one of our buffets. Other things to consider include entertainment, security and party decorations in your suite. If you do not require catering, a room hire charge will be applicable. Please note all catering at Easter Road must be supplied by Azure Support Services. What is Included We will supply all tables, chairs, staff, a fully stocked cash bar, linen, crockery, glassware, cutlery and a dance floor. We can also provide cake stand and knife. Providing there is no match on during the day of your event, you will normally get access from 4pm to decorate your room and/or drop off items for your party. We will arrange this with you. Depending on the suite you have booked, you may be able to have exclusive access for a short time at the beginning of your party to the Directors Lounge. Please ask for this when booking. Celebrate & Party! is only available for parties that are for 50 or more guests. All prices quoted include vat at 20%. To view our range of hospitality suites, please refer to our brochure. 4 Other Costs To Consider Hibernian Football Club legally require for you have security at your evening event. The cost of this is as follows: Up to 150 persons 2 security guards Inclusive of VAT person 3 security guards Inclusive of VAT (18 th & 21 st Birthdays require 4 security guards Inclusive of VAT) Optional Costs These are optional items you are likely to need but don t need to buy from us. Entertainment DJ & disco Bands, karaoke, magicians etc an all be sourced from our entertainment supplier. All prices on application. Planning a surprise? We love surprise parties and we will work with you to ensure the guest of honour has no idea what you have in store! Are children allowed? We have a full entertainment license at Easter Road Stadium, so children are allowed at evening functions. A children s buffet menu is available when there are 10 or more children please ask us about this if required.

5 What about banners etc? Banners and photographs can be put up in your hospitality suite by prior arrangement and on the provision that white tac only is used. You will not be permitted to attached anything to any of the wallpapered surfaces. What about the DJ? If you hire a DJ from us, the cost will include the DJ, disco lights, music and a PA system etc. If you are hiring your own, it is worthwhile checking what s included so there are no issues on the night. You might also get your DJ to talk to us in advance so we can discuss access etc. We will require your DJ to give us proof that they have the correct liability insurance, plus all of their equipment must have been recently PAT tested. Once we have this, they will be permitted access to the suite. Remember to give the DJ a request sheet in advance, especially if you want a particular song on when you arrive. Confirming Your Booking Deposits, final payments and how to pay. A 250 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. We will also issue you with a set of terms and conditions to sign and a copy of your event planner. All balances must be paid no later than 7 working days prior to your event taking place. Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card. Please note that cheques will only be accepted out with 5 weeks of your party date and should be made payment to Azure Support Services. This quote has been prepared with the information supplied and is valid for six months from the date of issue.
