15 Private Dining Contract I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions: All cancellations must be made to the Manager on duty or the Special Events Manager. Any cancellations made less than ten days prior to the scheduled event are subject to loss of the deposit. If a deposit is not made, the card on file will be charged $ Menu selections must be finalized at least one week in advance of the scheduled event. Parties are not considered confirmed until the event booking form and contract are sent to the Special Events Manager. An exact guest count must be provided to the Special Events Manager no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. This number is a guarantee and is not subject to reduction. Should no guaranteed guest count be provided to the Special Events Manager, the estimated guest count will serve as the guarantee. Outside desserts are permitted but will be subject to a $10 dessert fee per dessert. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought on or off the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any guest attending an event that requests an alcoholic beverage will be asked to present an ID. Any guest under 21 years of age or those that are unable to present an ID will not, under any circumstance, be served an alcoholic beverage. No one under the age of 21 or those without an ID will be permitted on the premises after 8:00pm unless the event is in a private dining room. All audio and visual equipment or needs must be submitted to the Special Events Manager two weeks prior to the event. Final payment must be made in full at the end of the event. Billing after the day of the event is not available. All food and beverage minimums are non-negotiable. All private events will be issued one final bill. Separate checks will not be permitted for any large parties (over six) or private events. Any party reserving a lounge area will be guaranteed that area alone, which may not include seating for everyone in the party. All outdoor reservations and bookings are weather dependent, FireStone cannot be held responsible. In the case that the outdoor area is unable to be open, your party will then be moved inside either to the bar and lounge area or in a private room if available. All private events are subject to FireStone policy and we reserve the right to refuse service at any time. All outside balloons, favors, or decorations are subject to approval by the Special Events Manager or Manager on duty and are to be removed by the guest before exiting the building. We do not allow confetti at any time. Our dress code is enforced for all private events and lounge reservations (see page 12). All private dining events require a server.
