From our cosy fire pits and outside huts to our stylish private dining room, we have a variety of areas bound to suit your bespoke requirements. Whether you are looking to enjoy a laid back traditional pub lunch or a three-course meal in our beautiful Dining Room, we have it covered. Our Burger Shack in our garden deserves a special mention, you can soak up the sun whilst tucking into one of our juicy burgers and a cold refreshing G&T from our outside bar, Bertie s Bar. We also offer regular local events, from gin masterclasses to pop up barbecues. Our recently renovated pub has become the heart of the Surbiton community and we look forward to welcoming you.

3 OUTSIDE HUTS Our outside huts are perfect for gatherings with friends and family and can be hired throughout the year. 4 SIMPSON S STUDY Our luxurious Simpson s Study is perfect for private dining or for business lunches and meetings. If you re after a private space to watch sporting tournaments, then this space is ideal as it has it s own crystal clear HD television. 5 THE ROUND ROOM The Round Room is a space located at the heart of the pub and therefore perfect if you re wanting to experience the electric atmosphere The Victoria offers during the evening. Whether you re looking for a space for a meeting or a community get together, then this room is perfect. With its open theatre kitchen you can watch our team of dedicated chefs working hard over your delicious meals. 7 MEETINGS & CONFERENCES Our Simpson s Study is the ideal place for holding your business meetings. If you would prefer your meeting to take place before our normal pub opening times, please do get in touch. Tea s, coffee s and a selection of pastries or dishes from our brunch menu are available, as well as teambuilding exercises and experiences such as a cocktail masterclasses. 9 SHARING MENU As we know that every booking is different we work closely with you to ensure that your guests leave feeling full and satisfied. Below is our sharing menu which can be altered to suit your every requirement. Tempura vegetables with tomato salsa Walnut baked camembert with crusty bread Charcuterie board of mixed meats and pickles Cheese board with mixed crackers Pork and black pudding sausage rolls Pork apple and sage scotch eggs Mini burger sliders Mini fish and chips board with tartar sauce Our sharing menu is priced at per head for a minimum of 20 people

10 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS DEPOSIT POLICY For bookings more than 12 we require a 50 deposit and for bookings of more than 35 we require a 150. This deposit is redeemable upon arrival. SECURING YOUR BOOKING Upon confirmation of availability we will hold your booking for 48 hours before the deposit must be paid. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to the event. The deposit can be paid in-house, over the phone. CONFIRMATION, DEPOSIT & PRE-PAYMENT When ordering the buffet menu, we do require a deposit of 100 or the full payment, at least 8 days in advance of the event. GUEST NUMBERS & PRE-ORDERING If you are pre-ordering any food, please confirm final guest numbers at least 5 days before your booking date. Please note that this will be the number charged to your final food bill. Please advise us if your guests have any special dietary requirements CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to cancel your booking less than 72 hours before your booking then we are unable to refund your deposit. Before this time we are happy to refund your deposit. AMENDMENTS We reserve the right to amend your quotation should your guest numbers and/or catering requirements dramatically alter between paying your deposit and balance. SERVICE CHARGE Please note a discretionary 12.5% service charge to your final bill. Here at The Victoria, we want your event to be perfect for you, so please let us know if you have any specific requests at least two weeks in advance.
