Situated in the beautiful village of Battlesbridge, which is famous for its antiques dealers, The Hawk brings together elements of rural charm with stylish modern flair. With a warm and cosy bar, stylish restaurant and sumptuous private dining room, we can provide the perfect space for any occasion. The Hawk s cosy bar is brimming with atmosphere. It provides the perfect location for a glass of wine after spending a morning hunting for treasures at one of the many local antiques dealers. The beautifully decorated first floor restaurant is the perfect place for a special family meal. During the summer months, why not indulge in a spot of al fresco dining in our wonderful garden? The Hawk also benefits from a stunning private dining room. It s perfect for a larger group meal, a party or private meeting. Available to hire exclusively; this space is great for any occasion. Our stunning building, ideal location, warm hospitality and delicious freshly prepared menus will mean that your event at The Hawk is one to remember.

3 PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS AND GROUP DINING From christenings to birthdays, office parties to baby showers, The Hawk is the perfect place for your next celebration. There are a number of spaces available to book depending on your occasion. For a delicious sit down meal, look no further than our stylish and comfortable restaurant. Our mixture of rustic country pub charm and modern styling will mean that you won t want to leave! Our private dining room is available to hire exclusively and is a perfect private space for larger parties and gatherings. The space is ideal for both sit down meals and more informal occasions; with seating for up to 20 people and standing room for up to 40, we can accommodate almost any event. The Hawk s bar area is full of cosy corners and inviting armchairs. Enjoy champagne, cocktails or your favourite beer before your meal whilst observing the vibrant and busy bar. There are a number of different spaces available to book for your celebration including our exclusive private dining room. Area Restaurant Bar Private Dining Room Maximum Party Size 25 people 8 people 40 people Our Sales and Events Manager will work with you to book the best space for your function and go through all of your requirements. Our team of skilled chefs can provide a wide range of menus to suit your event; from canapés to buffets, sharing platters to three course meals. Our fresh, seasonal food is sure to impress all of your guests.

4 BUSINESS MEETINGS AND CORPORATE EVENTS The Private Dining Room is the ideal place for your next business meeting or corporate event. The spacious private room can accommodate up to 40 people in a variety of different layouts. The Private Dining Room benefits from: Projector & screen Flipchart Tea & coffee facilities Projector & screen and flip chart are provided with the hire of our Private Dining Room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the space as well as the option of a buffet lunch served into the room. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the venue. The Private Dining Room can be set out in a number of different styles to suit your function requirements: Complimentary Wi-Fi. Room Layout Theatre Classroom Boardroom Networking Horseshoe Maximum Capacity 30 people 15 people 20 people 40 people 20 people Our team of skilled chefs can provide a wide range of refreshments to suit your needs; from light bites to lunch buffets or evening meals. We will also ensure that all of your drinks needs are catered for; make use of the tea and coffee facilities or order drinks to be served directly to your tables. If a private room is a little too formal for your meeting or work meal, our bar area is ideal for a casual coffee or lunch to catch up with clients. Tables can be reserved for parties of up to 8 people. Our Sales & Events Manager will work with you to ensure that all of your requirements are catered for. The dedicated Events Coordinator and experienced team at The Hawk will be there on the day of your event to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need.

5 FOOD AND DRINKS Here at The Hawk, we are proud to offer delicious fresh food and a wide selection of premium drinks to accompany your event. Whether you need a working buffet lunch to keep you going through a meeting, a sumptuous three course meal for a special occasion or some canapés to impress at a drinks party, our wonderful brigade of chefs will be able to provide something you ll love. No matter what the occasion, our wine and drinks menu is sure to quench your thirst. From cocktails, to wine through to craft beers and refreshing ciders, there s sure to be something to suit every guest. We also offer a fantastic range of drinks packages to accompany your meal. We re able to provide delicious lunches and dinners as well as snacks to suit your schedule and requirements. Our range of set, canapé and buffet menus are ideal for a larger party and, as they re inspired by our seasonal a la carte menu, we re sure there ll be something to tempt everybody.
