3 The Diner Millions Promotion Full Terms and Conditions 1) The Promoter is Good Life Group Limited (Company number ) 23 Exmouth Market, London, EC1R 4QL. 2) Diner Millions 2017 Promotion is open to all The Diner customers ordering food by way of delivery service [or take away from a The Diner Restaurant] ( Diner Delivery Customers) except directors, agents and employees of Good Life Group Limited or its subsidiaries or their families or employees of advertising and promotion agencies representing Good Life Group Limited or its subsidiaries. 3) To play, participants must scratch the silver panel on the scratch card to reveal if a prize has been won. 4) If successful, the prize is specified on the panel of a winning scratch card. 5) 5000 scratch cards have been produced. Scratch cards are subject to availability. 6) Prizes and quantities available are: 1250 x free portion of chilli cheese fries, 1250 x 5 off a meal, 1250 x 10 off a meal, 10 x 100 off a meal, 1250 x no prize. Third party manufacturer s terms and conditions relating to all prizes will continue to apply to them where applicable. 7) Participation in the Diner Millions 2017 Promotion is scheduled to take place from 17th April 2017 until 31 st October ) Prizes are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. 9) The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, extend, terminate or suspend the Diner Millions 2017 Promotion at any time (save that all prizes allocated to scratch cards already issued at the time of any suspension or termination will be honoured). 10) All unawarded or unclaimed prizes will lapse if not validly claimed by 30 November ) Prizes can be claimed by presenting a valid winning scratch card to a member of staff at The Diner restaurant on the Strand 397 Strand, London, WC2R 0LX 12) Before a prize can be awarded on any scratch card it may be subject to validation by the Promoter. The Promoter shall declare a scratch card invalid and shall not award a prize if: (i) The scratch card is counterfeit or has been forged in whole or as to part;

4 (ii) The scratch card is not validly claimed by 30 November 2017; (iii) The promoter believes that the scratch card has been submitted by a person ineligible to participate in the promotion as listed in these terms and conditions; (iv) The scratch card is not fully legible or is altered, unreadable or has been tampered with in any manner. 13) Scratch cards submitted to the Promoter for validation will not be returned and the decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the scratch cards or prizes is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 14) Participants shall be entitled to claim only the prize for which the validated scratch card is eligible and not any other prize. 15) Prizes are subject to a minimum spend by a valid winning scratch card holder in the Strand Diner, 397 Strand, London, WC2R 0LX restaurant of 15 (excluding service charge and before any discount). 16) Prizes of food may only be claimed during usual hours of serving the appropriate food and is subject to availability of the food. 17) Good Life Group Limited may, at its discretion, replace or substitute prizes with other prizes of equal value. 18) Prizes cannot be claimed as part of a delivery or take away order ( Delivered Orders ) 19) Only ONE prize may be claimed per person per order. 20) Prizes may not be exchanged for any cash or other alternative (unless stated) and prizes are not transferable, divisible or permitted to be sold or resold. 21) Prize winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Diner Millions 2017 Promotion which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. 22) Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry 23) If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a participant from participating in the Diner Millions 2017 Promotion. 24) The Diner Millions 2017 Promotion and all claims or disputes arising therein (including the prizes) shall be governed by English law.
