3 THE BACKYARD THE BACKYARD - A FAMILY FRIENDLY AUSTRALIAN BACKYARD EXPERIENCE THE BACKYARD PICNIC TABLE PAX For those that prefer to share dinner with an intimate gathering of friends and family, the XXXX bar and the Meat and Seafood Grill offer picnic tables to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and live pub rock music. Ideal for birthdays and weekend drinks with family and friends. Available for reservation Friday and Saturday nights 4-10pm. THE BACKYARD BEER GARDEN PAX The beer garden is perfectly situated next to the XXXX bar and Backyard live music stage. Ideal for larger, casual functions the space is set up with wine barrels, stools and picnic tables. The beer garden is suitable for large bookings looking to keep it casual, and is suitable for children with supervision. Available for reservation Friday and Saturday nights 4-10pm. THE BACKYARD FULL VENUE 200 PAX The Backyard features a unique dining experience and a quintessentially Australian themed bar. Consisting of a custom three metre woodfired barbecue, XXXX bar, wine barrels, stools, picnic tables and a small stage. Available for full venue hire Sunday - Wednesday for private events. 3

4 THE PADDOCK THE PADDOCK - A UNIQUE FESTIVAL ATMOSPHERE WITH INTERIOR DESIGN FLAIR THE GALLERY PAX The Gallery is a VIP space created from shipping containers located on a mezzanine overlooking The Paddock mainstage. The space consists of private dining spaces, cosy seating, stunning street art, wine barrels and astroturf. The Gallery can be hired in full, half or singular shipping container booths for everything from birthdays, engagements, hens nights and work social parties. Available Friday and Saturday nights 4-10pm. THE BAROQUE BOOTHS 6-15 PAX The Baroque booths are bollarded area s on the ground level of The Paddock underneath The Gallery balcony. Suitable for those looking for a table reservation for family and friends to organise their own meals. Each space has two picnic tables, garden chairs and stools. Available Friday and Saturday nights 4-10pm. THE PADDOCK FULL VENUE 2000 pax The Paddock is NightQuarter s large purpose-built dome canopy with a shipping container perimetre, upcycled timber and astroturf flooring. The Paddock captures the vibe of an outdoor festival with the benefits of an all weather venue. The space incorporates a VIP balcony, three bars, and a 10 x 6m stage. Available Sunday - Wednesday for private events. 4

9 IMPORTANT INFORMATION Hours of Operation: NightQuarter is open every Friday and Saturday,and from 4-10pm. Audio and Entertainment: Due to existing performance schedules, no audio equiptment or amplified music is permitted once live music has begun. Functions in The Paddock are permitted microphones and audio between 4pm - 5:45pm due to live music audio requirements on stage, and on a case by case basis in The Backyard and The Playground. Theming: We can supply custom theming and entertainment packages for your function. NightQuarter is accessible during the day on Friday and Saturdays with prior arrangement to store decorations and prepare the space. Transport: Free parking is available at Helensvale Westfield, and the Helensvale train station is located opposite to NightQuarter. Accessibility: The Gallery is only accessible via stairs. For young children and people with physical disabilities The Backyard is the recommended function area at NightQuarter as it is a flat environment with bathroom facilities and childrens entertainment immediately accessible. Booking Confirmation and Deposit: Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the room hire fee as an initial deposit. Final payment is required in full 7 days prior to your event.
