FREEMANS Over the years, we have hosted a variety of events from weddings and birthdays to movie launches, luncheons, wrap parties, bridal showers, and corporate dinners.

Freemans can accommodate many party sizes. FREEMANS is located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan at the END OF A CHARMING ALLEY off of Rivington Street near the Bowery. A HIDDEN GEM among the grit of downtown, it is a SECRET HELD DEAR by New Yorkers. TRUE TO ITS ROOTS, Freemans serves SEASONAL RUSTIC AMERICAN CUISINE like roasted chicken, five-cheese macaroni, and seasonal vegetable dishes. FREEMANS is built like a small manor house and offers an ARRAY OF OPTIONS for various private dining needs. Over the years, we have HOSTED A VARIETY OF EVENTS from weddings and birthdays to movie launches, luncheons, wrap parties, bridal showers, and corporate dinners. We can accommodate MANY PARTY SIZES from an intimate dinner party of ten guests in our Wine Room to a cocktail reception spanning the entire restaurant for one hundred and seventy five. 4 THE WINE ROOM Our intimate working wine cellar makes for an exquisite atmosphere for dining. Our WINE ROOM is a private room that accommodates parties of ten to twelve guests. Located in a secluded niche on the first floor it is an INTIMATE WORKING WINE CELLAR and makes an exquisite atmosphere for dining. There are NO CHECK MINIMUMS or ROOM RENTAL CHARGES. We offer a CUSTOMIZABLE MENU from which your guests may then select one of three individually plated entrées. Seasonal appetizers, side dishes and dessert will be served family style. Please make us aware if any of your guests have dietary restriction or allergies and we will be HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. 5 THE BLUE ROOM The Blue Room offers a three course family style pre-fixe menu. The BLUE ROOM on the second floor is IDEAL FOR A SEATED PRIVATE DINNER OF THIRTEEN TO TWENTY guests or a standing cocktail reception of up to thirty guests. We offer a THREE COURSE FAMILY STYLE PRE-FIXE MENU. Your party may EITHER PURCHASE A BEVERAGE PACKAGE OR ORDER DRINKS BASED ON CONSUMPTION. 6 THE RED ROOM The Red Room on the second floor is our largest single private room. The RED ROOM on the second floor is our LARGEST SINGLE PRIVATE ROOM and seats between twentyone and thirty guests for a seated three course family style dinner or up to forty guests for a cocktail reception. All parties in this room participate in a BEVERAGE PACKAGE OF THE HOST S CHOOSING. We can also OFFER A RENTAL OF THE DRAWING ROOM FOR ONE HOUR PRIOR to your dinner at $1,000 in addition to food and beverage if you d like to have a cocktail hour before retiring to the Red Room for dinner. 7 THE DRAWING ROOM For larger events on a grand scale, guests may rent the entire second floor of the restaurant. For larger events on a grand scale, guests may rent the FULL SECOND FLOOR of the restaurant, consisting of the Blue Room, Red Room, and Drawing Room. The second floors seats up to EIGHTY PEOPLE USING ALL THREE ADJOINING ROOMS, and may accommodate up to one hundred people for a standing cocktail reception. If your party is smaller we can also offer a combination of just the Red Room and Drawing Room for a lower fee. The rental of the second floor allows guests PRIVACY AND SEPARATION from other guests and the main dining room downstairs. We are also able to ADJUST THE SPACE MORE FREELY TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS. Please contact our Reservations and Events Department for more details regarding the rental fees for the Drawing Room and the Full Second Floor. The final menu for any party is fully customizable from a selection of dishes that change seasonally, including options to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Expanding the above structure is also possible for an adjusted price.
