In addition to the Pulsa menu we offer fine local specialties as well as Raclette and Cheese Fondue. Leonto Gourmet Restaurant Our Leonto restaurant is small and delicate. Here awaits you a gourmet adventure with sophisticated creations, exquisite wines, stylish ambience and excellent service. Awarded with 14 Gault Millau points. Mon - Tue closed Wed - Sun From 6 pm (9.30 pm last order) If you would like to visit one of our restaurants instead of having half board dinner, we will credit the full half board surcharge to your room bill. 6 OUR SERVICES FROM A-Z FOR A PLEASANT STAY. ADDITIONAL TOILETRIES Have you forgotten some of your toiletries such as razor, toothbrush or comb? Please ask at the front desk. They provide a wide range of toiletries. BABYSITTER We are pleased to arrange a babysitter for you. Prices by agreement. Most of them are payed CHF 25 per hour. BAR AND LOUNGE Our cozy Pulsa Bar & Lounge with chimney is located on the ground floor opposite the reception. From am until late we serve drinks, coffee, tea or snacks. BATH ROBE On request, we gladly bring a bath robe to your room. Please ask at the reception. BIKE We offer a locked bike room with a small repair corner in the basement and washing facility in our garage. For bikers we offer a free laundry service for your bike clothes. Bring your laundry bag to the reception (until 8.30 pm at latest) and you will start the next day with freshly washed clothes.

7 BIKE CORNER To prepare your bike tour, you will find various bike magazines and single trail maps (in the hotel shop). Our staff at the front desk will gladly assist you in selecting bike routes and provides you with maps and information. BREAKFAST Our rich breakfast buffet with specialties from Davos is available from 7.00 am until am in the Monta restaurant, located on the ground floor. From until am we serve breakfast in your room (extra charge of CHF 15 per order). Please fill out the form which you find in your guest information file, and hang it outside of your room door the night before. BREAKFAST FOR EARLY BIRDS Are you planning to climb up a mountain to see the sunrise? Order the evening before a take-away thermo breakfast which is brought to your room from am BUSINESS CORNER Our business corner is located on the first floor, towards the Leonto Gourmet Restaurant. There are 3 computers, plugs for your laptop and a printer which are at your disposal free of charge. CIGARS/CIGARETTES Please find a nice selection of exquisite cigars in the exclusive Zino Platinum Cigar Lounge. Cigars and cigarettes can be purchased at the Pulsa Bar. CHECK-OUT Official check-out time is 12 o clock (noon). We kindly ask you to clear your room by this time. Extended checkout may be arranged at the front desk the evening before (extra charge of CHF 40). You have the possibility to store your luggage in our luggage room.

8 CITY MAPS City maps, hiking, biking and ski slope maps, bus timetables and any further information can be obtained at any time at the reception. We are pleased to advise you personally about the various opportunities offered in Davos and Klosters. COSMETICS Book a nice beauty treatment in your suite or room or in one of our treatment rooms. Enjoy the natural and beneficial products of Med Beauty or Feuerstein and spoil yourself. Please sign up for your appointment at the reception. DOGS AND OTHER PETS Don t you have time for a walk? We are happy to arrange a dog sitter. Upon request, we will organize the right food for your pet. HALFBOARD We serve halfboard dinner from 6.30 until 08.00pm in the Monta restaurant, located on the ground floor. If you would like to dine in one of our 5 à la carte restaurants instead of having halfboard dinner, please sign off before am at reception. We will credit the full half board surcharge (CHF 50) to your room bill. CREDIT CARDS We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, EC/ Maestro, Postcard If you would like to dine outside the hotel instead of having halfboard dinner we will credit half of the halfboard surcharge to your room bill.

9 HOTEL SHOP In our Grischa Hotel Shop (next to reception), we offer a great variety of regional products. From wood carvings over skin care products to delicacies from our kitchen: Well worth a visit anyway. INTERNET The hotel is equipped with free high speed internet (wireless). The access information or a network cable are available at reception. INSTRUCTIONS IN CASE OF FIRE Please refer to information posted your room door (escape route). In case of emergency please dial 111 to inform reception. Instructions in case of fire: Don t panic and close the windows Refer to the map on your door for the escape route Close the door when leaving your room Fire extinguishers are located on each floor Do not use the elevators in any case. Leave the building over the stairs/escape routes KIDS CLUB Our kids room is available to your children free of charge. For the use of the playroom and the playground on the terrace, we disclaim any liability. LAUNDRY, IRONING AND SEWING SERVICE Upon delivery of the laundry before am you will get your laundry back within 12 hours. A laundry bag and a price list can be found in your room s wardrobe. Ironing service is available (also for fire safety reasons we cannot provide any irons to the guest rooms). Your laundry will be returned within one hour. In addition, we offer a sewing service. 11 LIGHT The room key card is also the key to the light. Plug it in the device at the entrance. Lamps can be turned-off individually. Please book your appointment in advance at the reception for a massage in your room or in one of the treatment rooms. For CHF 15 you will get 2 sandwiches, 3 dl mineral water, fruits and a chocolate bar. If you skip breakfast, the lunch box is free of charge. Please order the packed lunch the evening before at the reception.

Please do not forget to return the lift pass on your departure day. SLEEPING COMFORT For a pleasant and restful sleep, we offer a selection of different pillows such as bolsters, allergy-, down- and Swiss pine wood pillows. For additional bedding or a daily linen change, please contact the reception. On request, we are pleased to change your bed linen and towels daily. SMOKING It is strictly forbidden to smoke in your room. Therefore please use our exclusive Zino Platinum Cigar Lounge which is open from 11 am to midnight. You will also find an exclusive selection of cigars. SOCKETS / TELEADAPT MEDIAHUB In each room you will find an empty socket (220 volts) as well as an Teleadapt Mediahub at the work table.
