3 ADVERTISER PASS AND ACCESS DETAILS Advertisers are entitled to a number of Chuckwagon Access Passes. The chuckwagon barns are not open to the general public. This is an exclusive opportunity to host behind the scenes at the Calgary Stampede. Advertisers can choose their pass options and make any required upgrades and payments. A customized form is included in the Advertiser Buyer s Guide. Chuckwagon VIP Passes are allotted to Advertisers in the following increments, based on the canvas purchase price: A SUCCESSFUL BID OF $100,000 AND OVER AT THE CANVAS AUCTION INCLUDES: 20 VIP Passes per night includes Park admission, Grandstand admission* and barn access. 2 Catering VIP Passes includes Park admission, Grandstand admission* and barn access. 25 Barn Passes per night barn access only, no Park or Grandstand admission; can be upgraded to VIP passes for $35/pass. 1 Barn Delivery Pass for a vehicle only to enter the hosting area during restricted times (individuals in vehicle MUST have VIP pass). 1 Parking Pass in a preferred lot with close proximity to Stampede Park. INFIELD SEATING * You and your guests will have exclusive access to the best seats in our Infield Grandstand. The top 3 rows are reserved each night until 8:30pm for Chuckwagon VIP guests; giving you the vantage point of a 360 track view during the races. These seats are truly at the centre of all the action. The pass also allows for standing room on the Grandstand tarmac to watch the excitement on the track and to enjoy the evening grandstand performance after the races. Check out the advertiser experience HERE PARKING Included in the Advertiser Package is one parking pass for free access to a designated lot in close proximity to Stampede Park. Upon receipt of the package, a map will be included with directions to the lot. Chuckwagon Advertisers are eligible to purchase a maximum of two additional parking passes. 4 OPTIONAL BARN HOSTING EXCLUSIVE BEHIND THE SCENES EXPERIENCE Hosting space is available back at the barns and food service can be provided by a catering company of your choice. To comply with city code on temporary structures, all canopies will be supplied and erected in your hosting space prior to move-in by the Stampede at no cost to you. All you need to supply are tables and chairs, and we would be happy to supply you with rental companies to contact. Bar service is available with a choice of two options. Bar service includes bar set up, beverage refrigeration and a trained bartender exclusive to your hosting space for the hours of 4:30 to 7 p.m. and from 9:15 to 11 p.m. nightly. Required compliance with the Calgary Fire Department, Alberta Health Services and AGLC ensures a great hosting experience for all guests. *Please note that the Calgary Stampede will compensate all liquor service and support staff working in the H-Barn hosting area. Advertisers or their guests do not need to additionally tip their bartenders.
