7 TERMS & CONDITIONS MINIMUM SPEND To book a function at Elysium Restaurant & Bar a minimum spend is required for all function areas of $500, 50% of the minimum spend is to be used towards the purchase of canapés and platters for the function duration. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT To confirm a function at Elysium Restaurant & Bar clients must pay a deposit of $250 per area 1 month prior to the function. Payment can be paid in person or by credit card over the phone. FOOD AND BEVERAGES All canapé and platter selections, including final numbers of guests must be confirmed two weeks prior to your function date. TABLES AND DECORATONS Tables for presents/cakes are provided FOC, white linen table cloths are available for hire at $20 per table. Guests are permitted to provide their own decorations within functions coordinator s guidelines. Please note due to our position on the lake and to preserve the health and safety of our lake wildlife we do not allow for confetti or glitter pieces to be scattered. BAR TABS Bar tabs can be set to a limit at the clients discretion. If the minimum spend is reached in canapés and platters a bar tab is not required by the venue. Wristbands/stamps are provided to the clients guests on arrival and beverages will only be served to those wearing either. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are to be made in writing to the Functions Coordinator. The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs within two weeks prior to the function date. Elysium Restaurant & Bar reserves the right to move/cancel any function booking due to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather etc. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL In accordance with the liquor act, Elysium Restaurant & Bar practice the responsible service of alcohol and will refuse and eject any patron deemed to be intoxicated or displaying unruly behavior. All guests over the age of 18 years must hold a valid form of identification. MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT As Elysium Restaurant & Bar is a live music venue and open to the public, we do not permit guests to provide their own music or other audio entertainment. Should you wish to employ the services of a specific live music artist for your function please discuss this directly with our Functions Coordinator.
