13 IC HOTELS SANTAI FAMILY RESORT SUMMER 2018 Hotel Principles Guest of IC Hotels Residence can use all the facilities of IC Hotels Green Palace free of charge. Reservations for the À La Carte Restaurantsmust be done 3 days in advance. In hotel restaurants and bars, all drinks are served by the glass. Service in bottles is not available. Alcoholic drinks are not served to children under the age of 18. Only the beverages mentioned above are served in Restaurants and Bars. All the beverages served at the bars have the permission of the customs house. Due to its unique atmosphere, children under the age of 12 are not admissible to the Italian Restaurant. The Minibar replenished daily between 10:00-16:00 (To complete the service please do not forget the DND Card on the door). Entertainment schedule, operation hours and locations of restaurants and bars can be changed by the management. The guests of the hotel can invite their friends as daily guests for 30 min in the lobby area. Meetings that are over 30 minutes will be chargable. The documents of the daily guests will be checked by security of the hotel at the entrance. The hotel doesn t take any responsibility of printed materials and information which haven t been concerted by the hotel management.
