5 Bar Policies and Procedures Guests may choose from the following types of bars: Hosted Bar: A hosted bar will be billed on consumption; this will allow your guests to consume beverages with the payment being applied to a total tab and paid for by the host. Cash bar: A bar will be available in your picnic area for your guests, the bar service fee of $75.00 per 100 guests will be paid by host if you choose to keep the bar open beyond the hour and a half of your picnic. However, guests will purchase their own drinks with cash. Drink tickets: Delaware North Sportservice can provide the drink tickets for a fee of $ Guests may choose to create their own drink tickets to provide to guests which would eliminate this $20.00 fee. The beverages consumed with the drink tickets will be tracked and billed at the conclusion of the event. Available Beverages Include: 12 oz. Bar Policies: An additional 18% Administrative Charge and 6% Michigan Sales Tax will be added to all additional food and beverage. All bar orders must be secured SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS prior to the event date. A Delaware North Sportservice Bartender is required to dispense all alcoholic beverages. Bar service is available for the hour and a half that food is served or you may choose to continue service to the end of the 7 th inning or 2 ½ hours after the scheduled game time (e.g., if scheduled game time is 7:05, bar service will conclude at 9:35), whichever occurs first. Please note: If the game is cancelled after the gates have opened, bar service will conclude one-half hour after announcement. Payment: A credit card authorization form must be filled out completely in order to book a bar for your event. This credit card will be charged for the full balance at the end of your event unless other arrangements have been made with the Delaware North Sportservice Catering Manager.
