2 Day 1 SAT: Hanoi arrival Tam Dao (-/L/D) Huong Canh Tam Dao Church Tam Dao Hill Station 09.00: Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, our tour guide will pick you up at airport : Transfer to Huong Canh Pottery and Porcelain village, specializing in making jars, pots, basins, vases in Vinh Phuc province : Lunch at local restaurant : Transfer to Tam Dao hill station, a popular hill station resort started by the French colonials in the past. Visit Thac Bac water fall (Silver Waterfall), Tam Dao Old church (built by the French in 1937) and Sky Gate view point for a bird s eye view of Tam Dao : Dinner at local restaurant. 3 Day 2 SUN: Tam Dao Tuyen Quang Quan Ba (B/L/D) Tuyen Quang citadel Quan Ba Heaven Gate Sight on the way : Depart to Tuyen Quang after breakfast. On the way, stop at Tuyen Quang town for visiting Tuyen Quang citadel - was built between 1730 and 1770 and is located in Tan Thanh Village : Lunch at local restaurant : Continue on to Quan Ba for visiting Quan Ba Heaven Gate : Dinner at local restaurant. 4 Day 4 TUE: Dong Van Meo Vac Dong Van (B/-/D) View from Ma Pi Leng Lung Phin Lo Lo minority : Explore Dong Van. 10: : We will take multiple Photography stops on our 15km journey (45mins drive) to Ma Pi Leng passage, overlooking a vertiginous canyon and the Nho Que River gorges further down. We will then head 15km to Meo Vac (45mins), home to the Black H mong Eagle s Nest : Visit Lung Phin village : Visit Lo Lo minority village at Sang Pa Village Overnight in Dong Van Lunch (On Your Own Budget) Dinner at local restaurant or similar Vietnamese food Dong Van Meo Vac: 30km 1.5 hours transfer Dong Van Ma Pi Leng: 15km 45 minutes Day 5 WED: Dong Van Ha Giang Hoang Su Phi (B/-/D) Lung Cu Tower Pho Cao Sung la Village : We start our 25km road to Lung Cu Tower, the most northern point of Vietnam. 5 Day 6 THU: Hoang Su Phi Bac Ha - Sapa (B/L/D) Xi Man Hoang A Tuong Castle Pho village : Drive to Bac Ha via Xi Man, viewing the most beautiful rice terraces of Ha Giang : Lunch at local restaurant in Bac Ha : Visit Hoang A Tuong Castle (former castle of an ethnic Tay local ruler) and Pho village of flower Hmong people : Transfer to Sapa : Dinner at local restaurant Overnight in Sapa Lunch at Sao Mai restaurant or similar Vietnamese food Dinner at Red Dzao restaurant or similar Vietnamese food Hoang Su Phi Bac Ha: 100 km 3 hours for driving Bac Ha - Sapa: 100 km => 3 hours for driving Day 7 FRI: Sapa Lao Cai by night train (B/L/D) Fansipan Mountain Ham Rong garden Cat Cat village : Go for cable car ride to top of Fansipan mountain, 3km away from Sapa, 15mins ride on world s longest 3-rope cable car system : Lunch at local restaurant : Visit Cat Cat village and Ham Rong garden for the orchid garden, Europe garden, Gate of Heaven, Cultural house and panoramic view of Sapa town : Transfer to Lao Cai to stop at border with China Hekou town : Dinner and have a shower at budget hotel. 6 Day 8 SAT: Hanoi (B/-/-) Morning arrival at Hanoi station at AM. Transfer to hotel for breakfast. Rest of day at leisure to explore, eat and shop in Hanoi s Old Quarter. Overnight in Hanoi Day 9 SUN: Hanoi departure (B/-/-), free till transfer to airport for your departure flight. RATES: RM 2,990 per person, twin sharing, travel dates as above. This tour is small group travel for group size 6 to 9 paxs only; with an English speaking tour guide but without accompanying Malaysian tour leader. Tour vehicle is a 16 seater tour van, with the back row of seats used for storing luggage.
