To meet their needs for vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, we follow the recommendations of Canada's Food Guide and those specific to your school board for healthy living and nutrition. A varied menu throughout the year! Our menu is unpretentious though offering familiar and beloved children meals. Non-rotating, it presents new dishes every month. Obviously, our most popular meals are offered regularly but there is always room for discovery, and seasonal options, whether it be through our good soup meals that will warm the belly or our summer salads and our themed meals. 3 3 Step by step online ordering process Step 1- Registration Via our website at click the button Listed here are your required information (parent). You will receive a temporary password for you to continue your registration process (this can be changed later). Contact us if you do not receive it or look in your junk folder. Step 2 Connection to your account Transcribe your and temporary password on the left side of the screen in the appropriate boxes. Step 3 Profile creation Now write your personal information so that we can reach you if necessary, and please proceed with your new password creation.

4 4 Step 4 Creation of your child or children(s) profile Here you fill in the information about your child (name, school, level), so that we receive your orders. Step 5 Ordering Click on the «Order» button at the top of the screen. Select your child and the period for which you wish to order and click on «Next step». To order for more than one child you have to do them one after another and pay at the very end. Click on the selected meal and beverage option for your child. Review the ingredients by moving the mouse cursor over the meal to peruse all allergens. The dishes are marked with a different color if they are vegetarian (green) or gluten free (brown).

5 5 Step 6 Payment Via our supplier s secure server (Moneris), you will be able to proceed with the payment of your order. You can pay with your VISA or MC, VISA DEBIT or a pre-paid VISA or MC card. Step 7 Menu printing For the fridge posting or the calendar, the menu format will be very convenient. View and print the menu by clicking on the calendar icon to the left of your child's name. Visualize the receipt by clicking on the magnifying glass at the far left of the page.
