1 Dear Customers, Welcome to Shiny Star! Here at Shiny Star you can enjoy your week by having your child s birthday party or a private function where both adults and children can enjoy their time. Parties are available during the week from Monday to Sunday. On weekdays, we are available for birthday parties between 9:30am to 2:00pm ONLY and during opening hours on weekends. *Please call our centre if you would like to check for booking availabilities Below are the booking forms and terms & conditions for both birthday parties and private functions. Documentation can be downloaded, completed and returned either through or in person. 4 BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Socks must be worn at all times, no shoes and no bare feet in play area 2. No sharp objects, toys or other articles to be used or worn on or around the play equipment 3. BYO CAKE ONLY 4. NO NUTS 5. NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED as we are a child friendly centre 6. Party room and party host is available for 1.5 hours ONLY 7. Shiny Star staff provides general supervision of the play centre, parents or caregivers are responsible at all times for their children s actions and must supervise 8. NO FOOD OR DRINKS are to be taken into the Play Area 9. Shiny Star accepts no responsibility for injury or claims for loss or damage to belongings resulting from the use of the equipment 10. No form of bullying, unsociable or rough behaviour will be tolerated by either children or adults. Anyone causing such behaviour will be asked to leave after one warning. The decision is entirely at the discretion of the management of Shiny Star. No refund will be given. 11. Any damage caused to the play frame structure of facilities will be expected to be paid for and added to the final account 12. Guests must start and finish their party on time booked, otherwise an extra charge will be added $50 per extra 30 minutes 13. Deposit must be paid upon booking in order to continue and secure booking (refunds can only be done 4 weeks prior to the party) 14. Parents must confirm all food orders and number of guests on the WEDNESDAY before the party 15.
