14 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RENTING Reservations are recommended in order to guarantee the items wanted. All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so make your selection carefully. Deposits will be required on rentals plus payment in full made before or at the time you receive your order. CANCELLATIONS We require a 10 day notice of cancellation prior to delivery. For a cancellation of less than 10 days a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. Tents are non-refundable. PRICING Most prices quoted are for a one-day charge. If you need to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long-term rates. DELIVERY & FEES We gladly deliver to most areas in the Columbia River Gorge both in Oregon and Washington. Delivery is available at a nominal fee in our immediate service area. For charges outside our service area, please call our office. Rates are based on delivery to the door at ground level during normal business hours. Delivery outside our business hours is available but will incur an additional after hours labor fee. All our rental items are packaged in special containers or plastic covers to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged and table ready. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place upon delivery. PICK UP OR RETURNING ITEMS AFTER EVENT All china, silver, utensils, etc., should be rinsed, food free and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Glassware should be placed upside down in crates. Linens should be shaken, free of food and trash, and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked, and ready for pickup in the same location our delivery personnel delivered.
15 LOSS OR DAMAGE Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items. Linens will be inspected for wax, burns, holes, or any other type of permanent damage and replacement fee will be charged. SET UP/TEAR DOWN Set up and tear down is included in rentals for tents, flooring and stage. Set up for other rental equipment is available for a fee depending on the size of the event. SHOWROOM AND WILL CALL HOURS Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday By appointment only DELIVERY HOURS (Deliveries outside our business hours will incur an additional after-hours labor fee.)
