5 THE WINE CELLAR The Strand House s subterranean Wine Cellar is the perfect setting for multi-coursed wine dinners, small business gatherings and intimate celebrations with friends and family day or night. Executive Chef Austin Cobb and Wine Director Doug Hilton will thoughtfully craft a memorable dining experience that tailors to our guests desires & expectations. 6 PRIVATE BALCONY The level 4 upper balcony overlooks Manhattan Beach s main street & is a one of a kind al fresco dining space in the South Bay. This outdoor space is a unique dining area that can be reserved privately for important client dinners, milestone celebrations and everything in-between. 7 SEMI-PRIVATE DINING ROOM The PDR on level 3 is a special room with floor to ceiling windows and a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean & Manhattan Beach Pier. This is a perfect space for medium size events, from important business functions to special milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, and showers to name a few. Booking this space allows you to work with our Executive Chef, Wine Director and Event Specialists to completely customize your unique experience. CAPACITY: 42 guests seated

8 THE STRANDBAR SEMI-PRIVATE StrandBar, situated steps from the sand is the quintessential beach location for medium to large event gatherings. A place to gather with friends or the place to host your next client cocktail reception. We offer stationary and tray passed menu options. Our Beverage Director will create a custom cocktail and wine menu to meet the needs of you and your guests. STRANDBAR VIP: 50 guests STRANDBAR VIP NORTH: 25 guests

This Manhattan Beach destination spot is fully equipped with a DJ booth, dance floor, large format televisions, and modular furniture, ensuring the utmost flexibility. Our culinary team will design an array of custom menus specific to different event styles and layouts. This includes, but is not limited to, tray passed and stationary style events. Just steps from the sand, dream up your ideal experience and we will make it happen. Think: holiday parties, corporate gatherings, product launch events, and milestone celebrations. 10 RESTAURANT BUY OUT Enjoy the experience of taking over the entire Strand House main dining room for up to 120 guests (more if we add our outdoor dining balconies). With perfect views of the Manhattan Beach Pier and unbelievable sunsets, The Strand House offers a picturesque location for large celebrations. Having our house for the evening means a completely customizable experience from seating to menus, virtually anything is possible.
