3 ABOUT LABYRINTH CHEF LG HAN Labyrinth was born out of Chef-Owner LG Han s passion for cooking and creativity that challenges common perceptions, both in taste and visuals. A banker turned predominantly self-taught chef, Chef s mod-sin cuisine can be defined as an open-box culinary think tank that pushes the creativity and innovation boundaries beyond Eastern, Western and even fusion cuisine. He draws inspiration from fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, local cultures and culinary techniques from across the globe, reinterpreting and reconstructing classic international and local creations.

Using innovative culinary techniques from both the Western and Asian kitchen, Chef LG Han expertly extracts the essence of each well-loved classic dish, carefully preserving and enhancing its flavours, as well as the cultural elements related to the enjoyment of the dish. Each reconstructed dish provokes the mind, excites the palate, and connects diners to the local culture, and its treasured heritage.

5 PRIVATE FUNCTIONS A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE Embrace the unique private dining experience at Labyrinth. Whether you are hosting corporate clients, having an intimate family reunion or celebrating a birthday, our private rooms (expandable from 8 to 24 seater) will suit your every need. For larger groups, the main dining room (AV-equipped) is also available for private hire. Guests with dietary restrictions or special considerations are kindly requested to inform us in advance. 6 PRIVATE FUNCTIONS As we are located at The Esplanade, guests are invited to a scenic stroll along one of the world s most iconic waterfront, the Marina Bay, after their meal. The Esplanade is also right in the heart of Singapore, where annual world-class events such as the Singapore Grand Prix and the World Gourmet Summit are held. Fireworks are also aplenty during National Day and New Year s Eve, where celebrations are held in full swing along the Bay area. Labyrinth serves as the perfect spot for guests looking to combine a nice, quiet dinner with a celebratory experience along the Bay thereafter.

7 ART GALLERY Labyrinth s art gallery features creations inspired by the traditional hawker experience and the iconic landscapes that define the transition of Singapore from a fishing village into the developed nation that we call home today.
