2 US Foods Online Enhancement Summary These enhancements will be live on US Foods Online November 5 Advertised promotions Customers will now see eligible product promotions during their ordering experience; e.g. Local Flyer This feature is not enabled for contract customers Geo location messaging Targeted message based off geography; e.g. FFL, Chef store Ordering status Easily view ordering status for all accounts on your user ID that have next day deliveries More products per page Number of products per page will increase from 100 to 200 CES ordering lead time CES icons are now color coded by delivery lead time. Lead time also displays under the product description. 1

3 US Foods Mobile Enhancement Summary These enhancements will be available mid November Forgotten products Just like the US Foods Online, your are now reminded about forgotten products Unusual quantities ordered Products that have an unusually high quantity are highlighted Product recommendations This feature is not yet available for contract customers Products are recommended based on other purchases you ve made with us. Improved inventory capture Synching issues resolved when changing between customers Keypad issues resolved when using decimal points 2

5 Advertised promotions Advertised Promotions Customers will now see eligible product promotions during their ordering experience; e.g. Local Flyer Only available on US Foods online. These promotions are not viewable through any other order entry platforms. 4

6 Location Based Messaging Geo-Location Marketing Message Targeted message based on the location of the account. Examples of this type of messages would be Food Fanatics Live, Chef Store events, division events, etc. Geo-Location Marketing Message 5

7 Ordering Status Ordering Status Easily view ordering status for all accounts on your user ID that have next day deliveries Click on order to see details, edit order or clear exceptions. Download detailed real time report. 6

8 More products per page Prior to this release, the number of products that appeared on each page of the order guide or shopping list was limited to 100. With this release the number of products has been increased to 200. This enhancement will minimize the number of pages that a user must navigate when placing an order. 7

9 CES Enhancements Lead time: 1. CES icon color will now indicate lead time 2. Lead time will appear under the product description. A message indicating that the product ships separately will also display. 3 Icon Color Lead Time Icon Red Orange 1 to 6 days 7 to 10 days 1 2 Blue 10 days Delivery information 3. The Review Order page groups all of the CES items together at the top of the page and will indicate prior to order submission, that CES items are shipping separately 8

11 Product Recommendations Product recommendations that customers have been seeing online are now available via US Foods Mobile Scoop For You Top Category For You *Also available on Tablet 10

12 Forgotten Products Just like the US Foods Online, your are now reminded about forgotten products 1. The Review Order screen will display a banner alerting the user to forgotten products. 2. Tapping on the banner displays the list of forgotten products

13 Unusual quantities ordered Just like the US Foods Online, your are now alerted to unusual quantities: 1 1. Products that have an usually high quantity are highlighted 2. Unlike the online version, you are not stopped from submitting the order. 2 12
