Food and beverage All prices quoted are excluding VAT, and beverages are charged on consumption. Food and beverage is subject to a discretionary 12.5% service charge. A minimum food and beverage spend of 1,000 + VAT will apply for breakfast events. A minimum food and beverage spend of 7,500 + VAT will apply for evening events.
