Our function room is our newest addition at Justin Lane and we are proud to offer this space exclusively for your Birthday. Located on the first floor of Justin Lane and with views to the Burleigh foreshore, the space provides a unique and distinctive ambience, ideal for both casual and formal dining. With our unique location in the heart of Burleigh and menus that incorporate fresh local produce and ingredients, as well as our strong emphasis on quality service by our friendly staff, you can be assured that the team at Justin Lane will bring together a unique birthday dining experience that you and your guests will remember for years to come. The package that you choose from the dining options below is based on the exclusive use of our function room and is designed to provide you and your guests a private and intimate experience. Our room is fully equipped with a projector and large automatic screen, in house PA system and wireless mic, all of which can be used doing your function. FUNCTION HOURS FUNCTION MENUS Lunch 12.00pm to 4.00pm At Justin Lane we offer sit-down dining or standing cocktail style for all Dinner 6.00pm to 11.45pm function groups. You will find a sample menu below. We are happy to cater for the specific dietary requirements of your guests if advised in advance. CAPACITY Children under the age of 12 are charged at 50% of the price of adult menus. 3 GENERAL INFORMATION Please find below the terms and conditions pertaining to your upcoming function. Please read through this information carefully and ensure that you understand Justin Lanes terms and conditions before returning your signed booking contract and paying the required deposit. BEVERAGES All beverages will be charged on a consumption basis. You can make your choices from the restaurant wine, beverage & cocktail lists. A $20.00 per head minimum spend applies to beverage. CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT A booking will be considered as confirmed when a Booking Policy/Terms and Conditions form has been signed by the person responsible for the function booking and returned by mail/ /or in person to Justin Lane together with a $ deposit. The agreed minimum spend requirement is for food and beverage only. The minimum spend amount must be paid in full, 1 week prior to your function at which time absolute final numbers must also be confirmed. Any additional beverage consumed during your function will be charged at the conclusion of your function. Credit card details must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the reception for this final payment to be made. The paid minimum spend requirement will mean that you have a pre-paid amount on your bar account. This will be deducted from your final bar tab on the evening. The remaining tab will be charged to the provided credit card on conclusion of the reception. HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS Payment can be made in person at Justin Lane Pizzeria & Bar, 1710 Gold Coast Hwy, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 We regret that Personal/Company cheques will not be accepted. Credit Card Payments. We accept all Visa, Mastercard & Amex cards. A 3% transaction fee applies to all Amex card transactions. 4 FINAL GUEST NUMBERS The final number of guests (the number for which you will be charged) is required 7 days prior to your function. GRATUITIES We strive for excellence in service by our staff Gratuities are discretionary. FUNCTION MANAGER AND MEETINGS Once you have confirmed the date of your function, it will be necessary to plan the details of the event. Our Functions manager is available Wednesday to Saturday between 12 and 4 pm to assist you with every aspect of your function. Once your booking form has been received and the deposit paid, you will receive an confirmation. This will include a comprehensive timeline of all matters and information that you will need to confirm with Justin Lane during the planning period. DAMAGE LIABILITY & INSURANCE Clients will be held financially liable for damage sustained to Justin Lane during the function. While Justin Lane takes all necessary care, we accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property prior to, during, or after your function. BEHAVIOUR Justin Lane management team want you to enjoy your function but please be aware that we will not tolerate any unruly behaviour. Please be aware there are other patrons dining within the vicinity of the function room. Justin Lane management have the right to eject any patron from the venue who we believe is not acting in an appropriate manner or adhering to our house policy. SUPPLIERS Justin Lane reserves the right to refuse access to the venue of certain suppliers. With this in mind, please contact our functions coordinator before engaging any suppliers and paying deposits. DECORATIONS, CAKE AND GIFTS All decorations, cake, gifts and equipment must be removed at the conclusion of your function. You must ensure that suppliers pick up all items at the conclusion of your function. If the suppliers are unable to return on the day, then you must make alternative arrangements to have items removed on the day. LIQUOR LICENSING Justin Lane management and employees are at all times bound to State Licensing Laws and the Responsible Service of Alcohol Act. Justin Lane is licensed to have guests on the premises until midnight only. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT Justin Lane welcomes live entertainment. As the venue is located in a residential area we do have some restrictions and must be mindful of our neighbours. DJ s, live artists and bands are all permitted (Drums Excluded), however we do have a strict noise limit which will be monitored for the duration of your function. If this limitation is not adhered to, Justin Lane reserves the right to cancel any performance. SOUND SYSTEM Justin Lane is equipped with a sound system. You are more than welcome to bring along a laptop or Ipod to play music during your function.

5 JUSTIN LANE BOOKING POLICY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONFIRMED BOOKING A booking will be considered as confirmed when: The Booking Policy/Terms and Conditions form has been signed by the person responsible for the function booking and returned by Mail/ /or in person to Justin Lane together with, A deposit of $ paid CANCELLATION OF BOOKING Justin Lane must be notified IN WRITING of a cancellation no less than 2 weeks prior to the function date. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Failure to notify cancellation within this time will result in a 50% charge of the original confirmed function price. Final guest numbers must be provided 7 days prior to the function date. The host of the function will be charged for NO LESS than the number of confirmed guests. No refunds will be supplied for NO SHOWS. LIABILITY Justin Lane restaurant and bar accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to the property of guests prior to, during, or after the function. Neither do we accept responsibility for any injury caused by one guest to another. LIQUOR Justin Lane is a fully licensed establishment from 10.00a.m. to 12 midnight. No alcohol will be served before or after this time under any circumstances. Justin Lane does not offer B.Y.O. Justin Lane management and employees will at all times be bound to state liquor licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act. Persons under the age of 18 years must not be in the vicinity of any bar.
