6 FAQ DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE DEALS? No. All of our items are priced individually. This allows each event to be unique.ecure the products & current price that you have chosen for your special event. WHAT DO I NEED TO RESERVE MY ORDER? In order to secure rentals for your event date we will need a 50% deposit at the time of booking if your event is more than a month out. If you are booking within a month full payment is due. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY RENTALS? Bookings are subject to product availability. Once you are firm on your date, reserve your rental items. This will secure the rentals & lock in the current pricing. DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE RENTALS BEFORE I RETURN THEM? When renting china, glassware, and/or flatware, we ask that you remove any excess debris by rinsing off the equipment prior to returning. You should not wash these items, as some soaps/detergents may damage the equipment. LINEN CARE If you rented linens, under no circumstances should you wash or dry them. If linens become wet while in your possession you will be responsible for any mildew or mold that forms on the linens while in your care. To prevent this from happening be sure to allow all linens to dry completely before bagging them. Burns rips, tears, adhesives, mold or any other damage that occurs during the time the rentals are in your possession are not covered and you will be responsible for replacement cost. HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD? In almost all cases, our rental rates are based on a reasonable event period. We recognize that a 24-hour rental window may not make sense if your event occurs over the weekend. We consider Friday to Monday to be the same as a one-day rental. If your event is on a weekday, we will gladly deliver the day before and pick-up the day after your event for a one-day charge. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER WITHOUT BEING PENALIZED? We recognize that guest counts are likely to fluctuate as the event date approaches. We encourage you to make a best guess estimate when placing your original reservation and make adjustments as you become aware they re needed. Final changes that result in decreasing your original order need to be made one month prior to your pick up or delivery date. You can add to your order at any time as long as the items are available.
