6 Student Clubs/Organizations Catering & Special Events Guidelines China and Linen Included with the price of catering is complete paper service. China and linen can be provided at an additional cost of $7.50 per person. Quality Guarantee Dining Services guarantees the quality, taste and safety of all products we serve. Therefore, we cannot prep, cook, reheat and/or serve any products that are brought from home or donated. Ordering Information To order or to ask any questions, please complete the Catering Request form and a copy to Georgianna Anderson at georgianna.anderson@sunywcc.edu. Payment Clubs will be charged at the time food is delivered. No Purchase Orders are necessary when ordering food from FSA Dining Services. A copy of the invoice will be ed to the club Advisor after delivery is made.
