1 Benham-Pence Student Center & Joseph C. Shouvlin Center room descriptions Wittenberg students, faculty and staff can reserve these spaces online using the 25Live reservation system. External entities can contact the Scheduling Office at (937) to make reservations. Alumni Room Description: The Alumni Room is located on the upper level of the Student Center, the same level as the Center Dining Room. The room can be set up for many different meeting styles as well as set up for meal purposes. Max Capacity, 60 o Audience Style, 60 o Rounds, 60 o U-shape, 20 Wireless Li Room Description: The Li Room is located on the main level of the Student Center across from the Student Involvement offices. It is set up for meetings with a large table with 18 chairs. 18 around meeting table Phone Wireless Center Dining Room (CDR) Description: The 400-seat Center Dining Room (CDR), which serves as the main dining area for students, is located on the second level and is managed by Parkhurst Dining. Post 95 Description: Post 95 is the campus coffee shop and dining area. Students often use it for working on homework alone or in groups. Portable risers can be set up along the north wall for performances, small concerts, film screenings and other special events. Serving Starbucks products, the coffee house atmosphere of Post 95 lends itself well to a range of events.

Founders Pub is Wittenberg s own full service bar and fun food place to be! While you must be at least 21 to drink, everyone is welcome to try the exciting menu designed just for this uniquely Witt-themed destination! Founders accepts Bonus Dollars and WittGold (except for alcohol purchases) and cash and credit cards. Founders serves as a programming/meeting space for Wittenberg students, faculty and staff. Group activities are coordinated by the Scheduling Office staff. In the lowest level of the Student Center, Founders, is regularly open on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. With casual pub-style dining featuring a specialty selection of personal pan pizzas, oven baked wings with an assortment of signature sauces and delicious spun-to-order milkshakes, classic and hard. Add comfortable seating and big-screen televisions, it will certainly be a popular after-hours destination to come and relax with your friends. It contains: TV Cable Microphone Dimmable Lighting Stage Wireless Max Capacity 75 Doppelgängers Description: The games room contains big screen televisions, multiple gaming systems, popular arcade games and

3 classic tables such as table tennis and billiards, for meetings and programmed events. The decorations for the room center on student life and Wittenberg traditions. The room now serves as a window into the past, highlighted by countless pictures of Wittenberg students, guides to famous campus traditions, and a mural with 3,000 student portraits spanning 60 years. 5 televisions with full HDMI hookup capabilities 2 billiard tables 1 air hockey table 1 foosball table 1 skee ball machine 1 racing machine 50-in-1 classic arcade machine 2 wii consoles 1 x box one console Various video games and board games Various couches for seating Gus Geil Lounge Description: Gus Geil Lounge in located in the lower level of the student center. You can access the Gus Geil Lounge by walking down the main center stair case; it separates Founder Pub and Doppelgängers. This common area is used by Student Organization to host events, career services to host the career fair, and by student involvement to host a wide range of events for students throughout the entire year. TV w/av Hook ups Cable Wireless Max Capacity, 100 Upholstered Seating Earl Morris Lounge Description: The Morris Lounge is located on the main floor of the Student Center. It is located directly behind the W Tables and diagonally from the Student Center Information Desk. It is an ideal place to host a smaller gathering or meeting. Wireless Upholstered Seating Max Capacity, 20 Shouvlin 105 Description: Shouvlin 105 is a great multipurpose room that can be reserved to host larger gatherings. The entire room can be set up for 146 people with an audience style seating arrangement to a luncheon with a 112 people. The room can be split in to an A and B side to accommodate two different lectures or meeting places if need be. It includes a full A/V station that has a computer with internet access and projection system. A television(s) can be requested if necessary. Maximum Capacity:

4 o 146 persons for whole room, audience style o 112 persons at rounds of 8 persons per table o 70 persons for 105 A o 76 persons for 105 B Dimensions (feet) o Whole Room: 94x25 o 105A: 32x25 o 105B: 62x25 2 Presenter Stations, each with: o o o o A stage can be set up as requested along the South or East walls House sound system with microphone inputs Shouvlin 201 Description: Shouvlin 201 is a lecture-style room with multiple tiers for comfortable viewing of multi-media presentations or speakers. It seats 46 people and features the necessary equipment for video conferencing and distance-learning experiences. It also has a full A/V station with a computer and multiscreen projection system. Shouvlin 203 Description: Shouvlin 203 is set up nicely for meetings (comfortably seats 20), either official or casual. When reserved, dining services can set it up for meals or snacks if necessary. It includes a full A/V station that has a computer with internet access and projection system. A television can be requested if necessary.

Shouvlin 205 Description: Shouvlin 205 is set up nicely for meetings (comfortably seats 22), either official or casual. It has a conference table with seating, a smaller round table with seating, and a casual seating area with plush chairs and couches. It includes a full A/V station that has a computer with internet access and projection system. A television can be requested if necessary. Conference table with 11 chairs Round table with 4 chairs 7 seats as couches and plush armchairs Usual Seating: 22 persons Maximum Capacity: 35 persons Dimensions (feet): 20x27 Usual Setup: Conference table and casual seating area. Shouvlin 207 Description: Shouvlin 207 is set up nicely for smaller meetings (comfortably seats 14), either official or casual. When reserved, dining services can set it up for meals or snacks. The room includes a full A/V station that has a computer with internet access and projection system. A television can be requested if necessary. Tables with 14 chairs
