2 Reservations & Payments The Food & Beverage office must be notified the exact attendance expected no later than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled function. Charges will be based on the final guarantee, or the actual attendance, whichever is greater. Due to fluctuations in the marketplace, food & beverage prices are subject to change, & are not guaranteed until 90 from the date of the function. Glendora Country Club requires a 75 person minimum for any Saturday evening events. Contracts for evening events are for 5 hours & daytime events beginning before 1:00PM are for 4 hours. Overtime must be approved in advance & are subject to a price increase. All entertainment must cease 30 minutes prior to the scheduled exit time. Glendora Country Club will not hold any date without a deposit of $ , which will be applied to the balance of your event. Cancellation must be made in writing with our F&B office. Your deposit will be refunded if the date is re-booked. Full payment is required seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled function along with the final guarantee, based upon the provided invoice. Cash, certified check or money order will be accepted. Outside Contractors Glendora Country Club is not responsible for booking outside contractors for flowers, entertainment, and other services. The Club does suggest that the names, phone numbers, delivery and/or set-up times be supplied and noted on your contract/prospectus from your party. The Club would be happy to refer the services of outside contractors if you need assistance in planning your function. We discourage the use of wedding & or party coordinators during your reception. The staff is here to assist you in all aspects of your event at Glendora Country Club. Food & Beverage Selections Menu selection should be submitted to the catering office at least one month in advance. Entree selection is limited to one choice (unless special dietary laws must be followed, i.e. vegetarian, low fat, etc.). A 20% service charge will be added to the entire cost of the banquet. The 20% service charge is subject to 8.25% (or current state sales tax). This does include gratuity. Two entrées may only be chosen if the following conditions are met: 1) Seats must be assigned with a place card designating the desired entrée. 2) Dual guarantees are required 7 business days prior. 3) All entrées will be billed at the higher of the costs. All food and beverage must be purchased from Glendora Country Club. No food or beverage may be brought into or removed from our premises without prior notice & approval. Wine may be brought in with a corkage fee of $15.00 per 750 Ml. bottle. There will be one bar for parties up to 150 guests, and two bars for functions over 150. Additional bars requested will be charged a $ set-up fee. A complimentary food tasting is available for all weddings booked here at Glendora Country Club. This must be scheduled with the Catering office for a Sunday, Wednesday, or Friday evening no earlier than 4:00PM. GCC will provide enough for two guests and a total of two entrée selections
3 Dress Code The Glendora Country Club requires all guests to conform to its dress code while visiting the club. This policy includes all persons connected with your event. The following types of clothing are prohibited: Denim of any type or color, undershirts or T-shirts, halter or tank tops, sweat suits, warm-up suits, swimming apparel, or short shorts, flip flops or persons in bare or stocking feet are not permitted. Liability We are not responsible for damage or loss of any items left in the club prior to, during or after a function. The throwing of rice or birdseed is prohibited. There will be a minimum clean-up charge of $ if flower petals, glitter, or confetti is thrown or used on tables at a function. Additional fees may be assessed if any other extreme clean up is required. Any damage caused to clubhouse fixtures, furniture, grounds or injury to personnel by the patrons attending your function will be the responsibility of the host, organization and/or the member sponsoring the event. The use of bubble machines is prohibited. All prices listed are exclusive of 20% service charge and 8.25% sales tax. Prices are subject to change, and are not bound until this form and a contract have been signed, and then only if within 90 days of your function. The host of the party will hold harmless and indemnify the club, it s officers, directors, employees, and members, from any and all liability pertaining to the event held at Glendora Country Club. The host of the party also acknowledges that the Glendora Country Club is bound by the laws governing proper alcohol service (Alcohol Beverage Control), and the Club will not serve minors under the age 21 or obvious intoxicated persons. Driving Directions Traveling on the 210 East, exit on Lone Hill Ave. Turn left on Lone Hill, right on Route 66, then left on Amelia. Turn right at the stop sign on Country Club Drive and then right into the club parking lot. Traveling on the 210 West, exit on San Dimas Ave. Turn right on San Dimas Avenue, left on Foothill, then right on Amelia. Turn right at the stop sign on Country Club Drive and then right into the club parking lot. Traveling on the 57 North, exit on Auto Center Dr. Turn right on Auto Center Drive, then left on Amelia. Follow Amelia past Foothill/Route 66 and then turn right at the stop sign on Country Club Drive. Turn right into the parking lot. Ceremony Site Fee & Requirements We allow one hour event time for any scheduled ceremonies at Glendora Country Club. Decoration and clean-up for on-site ceremonies must be scheduled with the Catering Office prior to the event. We do not allow any type of stakes, runners, or indents to potentially be made to our grounds. A one hour ceremony rehearsal is allotted by appointment only. Wedding Ceremonies- Poolside Grass Area $6.00 per person (includes chairs) Golf Course $10.00 per person (includes chairs) - 3 -
