2 Chintsa East, located 42km north of East London is a magical seaside village. The C Club, situated on the top of the hill has a long history of creating memories. Once a milking shed, the establishment has transformed into a rustic, yet romantic venue set amongst beautiful trees and manicured gardens. The Crawford Family, owners of the popular Crawfords Beach Lodge in Chintsa East, have many years of experience in hospitality. They saw the potential that the venue has to offer and The C Club re-opened its doors December 2014 with fresh ideas and an enthusiastic team.

3 Make use of the lovely local chapel in Chintsa East for your wedding ceremony or combine your ceremony and reception in one venue. The C Club garden setting offers a romantic backdrop with the sun setting behind the trees. There is a new thatched outdoor structure in case of inclement weather. Chintsa East beach is the ideal setting for wedding photos while the guests are entertained by our lawn games

7 Beverages** We have a selection of red and white wines you can choose from. We offer a fully licensed bar and supply all liquor for the servicing of your event and can accommodate your budget accordingly. We do not allow any other beverages to be brought onto the premises due to our liquor license restrictions. Décor** Draping of the venue & with strings of golden glow fairy lights across the ceiling will be R2500. We are happy to assist with all décor or floral needs. Just ask us for quotes. Garden Ceremony ** Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul -LUTHER BURBANK This includes use of our Lapa. If using Wimbledon chairs we will charge a setup fee of R45 per person. Tiffany chairs with cushions will be R65 per person. R60 excluding the cushion. Any flowers to decorate will be in addition. Just ask us for a quote.

8 Venue charge** The Hiring of the venue (The C Club) is R9000. Venue hire is R10000 in April & on Sundays and venue hire is R11000 In December and on public holidays. This entitles exclusive use of the venue from 08h00 until 24h00. A charge of R850 for every hour after midnight will be levied to cover overtime and additional staff members. Venue hire includes staff, set up fee, glasses, cutlery, napkins and any tables and chairs that the venue currently has. It also includes a cake table, gift table. Any additional chairs and tables will be quoted for accordingly as these will be outsourced and dependent on the desired style. This venue hire excludes any decor, draping, tablecloths and flowers. We are not open over Easter weekend Or 1 January.

9 Accommodation: There are various accommodation establishments in and around Chintsa. We also offer accommodation at Crawfords Beach Lodge and the number is for reservations.
