2 Lecture Theatre Ideal for conferences, larger business meetings, training, lectures and presentations, our Lecture Theatre can be used for musical recitals and small theatre productions. The theatre is accessible to wheelchair users and has two spaces allocated for this purpose with more available by arrangement. The theatre is fitted with an induction loop system. Lecture Theatre Specification: Projection Booth Free Wifi Seating for 100 CD/DVD player LCD projector Laptop Lectern and PA system Flip Chart Other Items on Request Catering for Lecture Theatre delegates is in the adjacent Function Room, our caterers can provide a wide selection of menus to complement your event see attached menus. Our catering manager is happy to tailor a menu to your particular needs or budget. Bar facilities can be provided. Charges (inclusive of VAT): Hire Charges: Monday Saturday Full day 9am 5pm Half day Sunday 9am 12 noon per hour 12 noon 5pm First time user discount available on day rates for new bookings. Evenings From 5pm per hour (Evening rate charged from access to leaving of building) (min charge 2 hours) Delegate Package (Mon-Sat 9am 5pm minimum 30 delegates) based on the following: Tea/coffee on arrival Mid-morning refreshments Choice of lunch options with either tea/coffee or fresh orange juice Afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits From Full day hire of Lecture Theatre with standard equipment per delegate Half day, evening and Sunday delegate packages are available on request. 3 Meeting Room A flexible space ideal for a meeting or training room, this facility can also be used as a syndicate room in conjunction with our other facilities. The room is accessible for wheelchair users, has an induction loop system, with a plentiful supply of power points, telephone sockets and Internet access is available. 4 The Library With its wall length oak bookcase, this room is the ultimate in comfort and luxury and is ideal for formal board meetings with up to 12 members or sessions with smaller numbers. Perfect for one-to-one meetings, interviews or mentoring sessions, half the room provides a relaxed area with two comfortable leather couches and coffee table. The room is suitable as breakout space in conjunction with our other facilities. The room is accessible for wheelchair users, has an induction loop system and a plentiful supply of power points and data sockets for internet access. 5 Free Wi Fi Function Room The Function Room with patio doors opening onto the terrace and central garden area, is used for catering arrangements to complement your seminar, training or conference in the Lecture Theatre. It can be used for private or group lunches, breakfast meetings, private and corporate dinners, wedding receptions, christening parties and special occasions. We recommend a maximum number of 60 for seated catering and 80 for standing buffets, however larger numbers can be accommodated by special arrangement. A licensed bar and tray service offering a selection of wines, beers and spirits is available. Our Function Room is suitable as a training/group working area or as a small exhibition space. Prices available on request. Garden Restaurant Our Main Restaurant can be booked in the evening for private dinners, celebrations and special occasions. Up to 100 people can be accommodated either in a traditional banqueting style or with informal small tables. A dance floor is available. Catering: If you choose the Function Room, Garden Restaurant or a combined event using both areas, we can design and tailor a menu to suit your budget and tastes. We can arrange musicians, toastmasters, chair covers and floral arrangements to complement your event. Our flexibility and organisational skills ensure your event is in safe hands. Please see the attached menus for dinner party ideas, buffets, canapés and wine list. We welcome ideas for special themed evenings and during the summer months why not take advantage of our terrace and private garden area for a drinks party or barbecue. A facility charge may be applicable for evening events.
6 Corporate Entertaining A perfect town centre location for corporate entertaining in the evening, Tullie House can provide private or corporate dining for up to 100 guests using either our Function Room or Garden Restaurant. Guests can mingle in our Atrium area enjoying tray served cocktails and canapés before going in to dine And why not end the evening with a little fun we can arrange after dinner entertainment such as casino evenings,..., Looking for that different venue in which to network with your clients, then consider a drinks reception in one of our gallery areas...
