8 Booking details For enquiries and bookings please get in touch with our event sales team hampdenpark TERMS OF BOOKING A 10 per person deposit is required to confirm a booking - all provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 10 days before being released. All payments, including deposits, are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Full payment for all bookings is required on or before Friday 16th November Any new bookings made after Friday 16th November must be fully paid at time of booking. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Should you require a VAT receipt, please make this request at time of payment. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Sodexo Ltd is requried to amend package inclusions, or cancel party night dates, Sodexo Ltd reserves the right to do so at its discretion. Under 18s are not permitted into the stadium for any Christmas party nights. Hampden Park operates a challenge 25 policy. Please be prepared to prove your age with valid and current identification in the form of either a UK driving licence or passport. We understand that food allergies can present a serious concern for some guests. If you would like information on the allergen content of our foods, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Please let us know if you have a special dietary requirement or allergies 7 days prior to attending. No food or drink can be brought onto the premises.
