2 The Island Song Saa is comprised of two beautiful Islets, discreetly situated on the sheltered south-east of Koh Rong. Our Name, Song Saa, is Khmer for Sweet-hearts - ever evident with the Robinson Crusoe romantic feel. The private island resort offers an uncompromisingly luxurious escape set amongst lush jungle foliage and soft white sand leading to lapping waters.the natural environment facilitates unique, organic cuisine prepared fresh daily for memorable and delicious flavours. Our Venue also have their statement senses whether it be toes-in-the-sand under candlelight at Driftwood or the seemingly endless sky overhead on the Vista Terrace. This venue provides a scenic backdrop benefiting from a stunning sunset panorama directly behind the ceremonial gazebo. The vista and ambience combined with the smiling faces of your nearest and dearest assure a magical experience. Wine and dine in the shade: Inclusion of pool-side dining offers a shaded area just steps from the shoreline. A perfect venue for a glass of champagne before watching the sunset from the beach. For events, undercover seating for 48 with an additional 1 on the open-air deck. The restaurant offers an à-la-carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring contemporary Western and Cambodian cuisine. At the Lounge; enjoy natural juices, cocktails or Champagnes while the sounds of the archipelago drift like music around you. Late night parties are subject to additional fees for staffing, supplies and only available in case of buyouts. All villas are non-smoking and subject to $500 USD fee if smoking inside is abused. Outside food & beverage are not allowed. Special requests need to be submitted 30 days in advance including menu selection, beverages, events, bands, etc.

8 Rate Plans Reservation Payment Policy: 35% deposit required, non-refundable. Second Deposit Date = 10 days in advance. Final Deposit Date = 0 days in advance Failure to settle outstanding balance will result in reservations being automatically released. **Buyout options are available only when no reservations are currently on the books. Group rates remain the same. Cancellation Policy: If received in writing, refunds on payments excluding deposit will be paid in full if written notice is received 10 days prior to guest s arrival date. No shows and early departures will be charged in full. Check In / Check Out: The Resort requests that guests check in after 2.00pm and check out before 11am. Early check in and late check out are allowed at no additional cost based on availability.
