2 Thank you for considering Ormeggio at The Spit for your group reservation Located at D Albora Marinas, Ormeggio at The Spit is a spectacular waterfront venue boasting views of Middle Harbour and Pearl Bay. It has Two Chef Hats in the Sydney Morning Herald s Good Food Guide 2015 and has been a hatted restaurant since opening in This exceptional contemporary Italian restaurant revisits traditional dishes, flavours and ingredients using creative and modern techniques. The elements of simplicity, texture, temperature and taste are carefully considered to create award winning dishes featuring premium Australian produce. The Deck can accommodate a formal alfresco dining experience for up to 36 guests or cocktail style dining experience for up to 50 guests. The Deck boasts the best waterfront views from the venue and can be used in all weather. Minimum spend requirements apply in order to take this space exclusively.

5 ORMEGGIO AT THE SPIT THE DECK RESERVATION General Information External offers (Including Gold Card) do not apply for Group Bookings All final details, numbers, menus and beverages, must be confirmed by the client in writing Table decorations must be approved by management No confetti, sprinkle decoration or balloons allowed No provisions for music, dancing or microphone use Ormeggio at The Spit enforces their policy of responsible service of alcohol and as such reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest according to their discretion. Ormeggio at the Spit closes at 11pm Tuesday Saturday or 10pm Sunday BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS To secure your reservation we require a deposit of $1,000. You will receive a confirmation letter subsequent to the receipt of your deposit. REQUEST FOR FINAL DETAILS AND PAYMENTS Six weeks prior to your function your event coordinator will contact you to request your final details and balance payment up to the minimum spend requirement. This payment is due one month prior to the function date. In the case any balance is outstanding (function value above minimum spend requirement), this is due two weeks prior to the date. Payments can be made by cheque, cash, EFT or credit card. All final details, menus, beverages, numbers, start and finishing times must be confirmed in writing by the client three weeks prior to the date. ADDITIONAL CHARGES Pricing shown is per person and includes GST. An 8% service charge/ gratuity will be added to the final bill. CANCELLATIONS The deposit less 50% will be refunded if the booking is cancelled three months or more prior to the booking date. Those bookings cancelled within three months of the booking date will incur loss of full payments to date. If the booking date is transferred more than a month prior to the date 10% of the deposit is withheld. If the transfer is less than a month prior to the booking, 50% of the deposit is withheld. Ormeggio at The Spit reserves the right to cancel any function if full payment is not received two weeks prior to the event.
