Our hidden gem is a lovely restored heritage loft space boasting a kauri timber roof and an abundance of natural light through our glass atrium showcasing Auckland s Sky Tower and gorgeous timber windows opening onto the 1884 St. Patrick s Cathedral, the countries first, and grandest, Catholic Church. The venue space is easily transformed from our Eatery into a blank canvas for you to create your private unique event. We have enough space to comfortably seat up to 115 guests at tables or 150 guests with limited seating. Fully customised bar and food menu s with professional wait staff and modern but classic facilities help create a warm and casually classy environment.

4 Terms and Conditions of Trade For all catered functions we require upon confirmation payment of 75% as a deposit and the balance due no later than 3 days after receiving the final invoice. For all un-catered functions we require upon confirmation payment of 100%. Confirmation of Booking: To formally confirm the date you have booked, we will require a deposit of 75% (catered) or 100% (un-catered) of the pre event invoice, and a signed copy of the acceptance of venue hire agreement within 7-14 days of your tentative booking being made. A Supervisor presence is required for the duration of the event for licensing and safety purposes. This is included in the hire-age fee. Damages: The patron assumes responsibility for all damage caused by them and/or any of their guests, invitees or any other people attending the event. Costs will be deducted from the refundable bond and invoiced for any costs over and above. HeavenScent Food Co Ltd requires credit card details to be held on file until payment for all invoices has been made. We accept all visa and master cards (no AMEX). BARTERCARD payment acceptance details. We do accept Bartercard as a form of payment. However the following details apply: Venue Hire 50% Food Costs 50% Staff Costs 0% Beverage Costs 0% Responsible Service of Alcohol: Management and staff support a strict Responsible service of Alcohol policy. We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guest we consider to be under age, intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner.
