On behalf of the Central Dauphin Band Boosters Association, we would like to welcome you to IndoorRAMa, our Indoor Color Guard and Percussion competition on March 3, 2018, at the Central Dauphin High chool. The contests are sanctioned by KIDA. We look forward to welcoming all of you to our wonderful high school facility at the intersection of Piketown Road and Route 39 (Linglestown Road) in Harrisburg. We hope you will find the following information helpful: Attachments Facility map and gym floor map Performance schedule with warm-up times and locations Equipment storage map and Performers waiting area map Parking Lot Instructions Menu chedule of Events 8:00 AM Doors open for Units. 9:00 AM Doors open for pectators and Food Court opens. 10:00 AM how time! Arrival and Check-In Please enter the school through the doors marked with the Participant Entrance sign. Participants will receive wrist bands upon check in. Directors will receive 2 wrist bands to use for themselves and 8 wrist bands for staff. All others including chaperones, will be expected to pay admission ($10 adults, $7 students seniors). At the check-in table, you will receive a packet with information including layout of the school (locker rooms, restrooms, and food court) and location of the holding area in the auditorium. Equipment Unloading and Loading and Bus/T ruck Parking You will unload equipment around the corner from the participant entrance (see map). A loading dock is available for your convenience or you may park curbside at the dock area to unload. You will be shown to your equipment storage area. Handicapped Entrance The pectator s Entrance is at the school cafeteria. Please inform any handicapped spectators that they can enter at the Participant s Entrance, which is closer to the gym and does not require the use of stairs. An elevator is available if they do enter at the pectator s Entrance. The elevator can also be used to access the 2 nd floor of the gym which is a good viewing spot for the show. Unit registration is in the gym lobby. Trucks should unload at the loading dock near the wood shop or along the sideway near the band room. All buses and trucks should park in the lot adjacent to the gym/ auditorium entrance Handicapped guests may park in the handicapped spaces (front row) in the truck/bus parking lot. They may enter through the Participant (P) entrance since it is a much shorter walk to the gym. Volunteers should park in the small lot across from the band room. All other spectators should park in the large lot behind the school.
