Pay a deposit of per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. A deposit of per person for New Year s Eve and per person for New Year s Eve accommodation is required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

6 CHILDREN S CHRISTMAS PARTY GATESHEAD SUITE A chance for your children to wear their party outfits and celebrate Christmas in style. Mingle from Noon onwards in the Gateshead Suite Foyer before the festivities begin at 12:30pm. During the afternoon, children and adults alike will be entertained by face painting, magic, giant toys and balloon modelling while enjoying a disco with our resident DJ. After a buffet lunch is served at 1:00pm, be sure to keep an eye out for Father Christmas who may make a surprise visit! Expect hats, crackers and novelties for everyone and, of course, a present for the children from Santa Claus. The event will close at 4:00pm.
