2 Welcome to The Loft Lounge & Bar Located on the mezzanine level of the InterContinental Perth City Centre, The Loft s lobby bar provides a relaxing environment to enjoy a drink and light bar snacks. With alfresco dining on the terrace, The Loft is an ideal place to bask in Perth s balmy evenings while sipping on a Worldly Classic cocktail. The Loft Lounge and Bar has something for everyone with elegant interior and and style that flows onto the outdoor terrace. With views of Hay Street and the King Street Precinct, this provides guests with the option of dining indoors or alfresco. For bookings between 8-20 people, a minimum spend per person is required. Please read through our menu options to find a menu suitable for you. Beverages will be charged on consumption with a bar tab. Catering will need to be pre-ordered and confirmed 48 hours prior to your function.

3 The Loft Terrace The Terrace is has an elegant style with views of Hay Street and the King Street Precinct, this provides guests with beautiful alfresco options. 8 Booking Information PRICING Group bookings and functions in The Loft Lounge & Bar are priced per person and does not include beverages. Beverages are on consumption basis only. CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE You are required to advise your final number of guests 48 hours prior to your event. Payment will be based on final numbers provided prior to your event or attendee numbers on the day, whichever is greater. MINIMUM SPENDS Event bookings may require a minimum spend based on the event requirements and when stipulated, events must adhere to the minimum spend required. Organisers are liable for the difference in the event of the minimum spend not being met. THE LOFT TERRACE The Loft Terrace is a shared space and cannot be booked for exclusive use. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS All dietary requirements will be catered for individually by our chefs. Special dietary requirements must be communicated 48 hours prior to the event. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations and variations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event. Should an event be cancelled after this time, a full cancellation fee will be charged based on the minimum spend per guest. PAYMENT Payment must be finalised by cash or credit card on the day, at the conclusion of the event or prior to the event taking place.
