All provisional Christmas programme bookings must be confirmed within seven days of booking and a deposit of per person ( per person for New Year s Eve) is required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All balances must be paid prior to 1 November and all bookings made after this date must be paid in full within seven days of booking. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made. Menu pre-orders and dietary needs are required two weeks prior to the event date.

Our party host will greet you on arrival in the bar from 7:00pm. Guests will be seated from 7:45pm, with dinner being served promptly at 8:00pm for an evening of fine food and wine, with crackers and party poppers. After dinner, party the night away to the sounds of our DJ until 1:00am. Last orders at the bar 12:30am, with the event and disco finishing at 1:00am.
