Chef-kok Sido de Brabander en zijn team bereiden alle gerechten met respect voor de oorsprong en de smaken uit verschillende landen. De leukste gerechten van de Promenade Food Festivals worden toegevoegd aan de kaart van Brut International Flavours. Promenade Food Festivals Iedere maand organiseren we een Food Festival in samenwerking met een ambassade. Van Indonesië tot Italië en van Ecuador tot Tunesië. Geniet van de internationale smaken van chef-kok Sido de Brabander en zijn team, in samenwerking met een chef uit het buitenland. De combinatie van onze culinaire gerechten op 5-sterren niveau en een internationale chef zorgen voor het unieke concept. Dit jaar staat één weekend per maand in het teken van een ander land en proeft u de authentieke gerechten voor 39,50 per persoon. Promenade Food Festivals Every month we organise a Food Festival in cooperation with an Embassy. From Indonesia to Italy and from Ecuador to Tunisia. Enjoy the international flavours from our Chef Sido de Brabander and his team, in cooperation with an international chef. This in combination with culinary dishes on a 5-star level makes a unique concept within our city. This year, one weekend of every month is dedicated to a different country where you will taste authentic dishes for per person.
